Itinerary
Start your journey leaving Bristol, entering the North Wessex Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a national treasure. Drive through grasslands and valleys, simply enjoy the view.
Begin at Oxford, where you can explore college precincts, climb vantage points for skyline views, or visit the Ashmolean Museum's art and antiquities collections. Wander through elegant halls reminiscent of Harry Potter as spires reach for the sky.
Next, visit Burford, the 'Gateway to the Cotswolds.' Overflowing with character, this small market town boasts dream-worthy quaint properties along the main street. Take time to soak in local charm and hospitality, and if hungry, indulge in a traditional English 'Afternoon Tea.'
Next, take a short journey to Bibury. Prepare for a moment of awe. William Morris hailed it as England's prettiest village, and Henry Ford contemplated transporting it to the USA. Enjoy time strolling to the famed Arlington Row and wander along the Coln River.

Very interesting circuit with explanations from the guide that helped us appreciate our visits even more! Impeccable timing and adapted pace, highly recommended without hesitation!
Oxford and Cots are lovely areas worth a visit, the coach is new and very comfortable, even for a person with motion sickness.
Tom was a great guide. Full of interesting facts. Plenty of time to walk and explore Oxford. Loved the Cottswold villages. Very entertaining. Would highly recommend.
A perfect day outside of the city! Daniel was an excellent guide. Oxford is amazing and loved the countryside of the Cotswolds.
I feel the time was very limited to explore the place.
It was a really lovely experience and very comfortable coach. Our guide Alex was phenomenal, he was knowledgeable and funny, made this trip even more enjoyable. Kasia
The tour was excellent. Alex, the guide, has helped me a lot, as I am older and do not speak English. It is highly recommended and the villages visited are beautiful. Thank you!
Iggy, our driver was a very good guide with a ton of knowledge about Oxford and the Cotswald area. He kept us entertained during the longer drives and played music from the area along the way. My wife and I enjoyed the trip and Iggy is a great representative of Rabbies tours!
Comfortable bus and nice driver. I thought I was signing up for a guided tour but it was transport with a paper map of Oxford for a self-guided tour then to two small towns in the Cottswalds with a few historical or interesting things related during the drive between places. In my case, I would have enjoyed just taking a bus or train on my own and not being on a set schedule but good for what it was.
Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. The trip was well organised and we went back to Bristol according with plan. Thanks😊
