Great experience as a couple with an extraordinary Japanese woman duo! Yume took great care of our group, with the history of sushi through the centuries, the fish, and the associated names. Then it was time for cooking with clear and simple explanations; even a beginner can have a good time! No judgment, just patience in her movements or her explanations. After finishing the culinary preparation, we moved on to the tasting and finally to the presentation of the certificate. Possibility to buy drinks on-site, souvenirs, etc... Yume even takes care of taking photos as we go along. I recommend it 100% whether solo, as a couple, or with family.
