Florence knows SO MUCH about the museum, its history and the art contained therein. I learned a lot and had a wonderful experience! She also accommodated us when we needed a break for restroom, water, etc. Merci Florence!
Great tour guide. Anatole was knowledgeable and personable. Gave so much history and backstory to the pieces! Worth every dollar!
We did the Louvre and Orsay private guided tour for 6. It was phenomenal. Florent C was our guide. He was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely good with our 10 and 11 year old. He kept them engaged and made sure they understood what we were seeing and learning about. The lunch recommendation and hour break were much appreciated and we enjoyed spending time together as a family at both venues. I’ve been to the Louvre 5 times and this was by far the best tour I’ve ever been on. I would highly highly recommend touring with Florent in the future. Thanks for a memorable experience.
Although the museum was extra crowded, Nancy was able to maneuver our group for close up views. We saw incredible works of art and she provided history and context that made the experience even more meaningful.
Nancy B was fantastic. I would definitely advise a tour under her guidance.
Nancy B. gave us a very nice tour of the museum. Her insights and humor were enjoyable.
Tina was exceptional! She made the art in the museum come to life and had so much knowledge about Paris history and the art intertwined. Our whole family loved our tour with Tina!
We visited the Musee d’Orsay and our guide, Franchesca, went above and beyond to keep our 4 year old son engaged throughout the museum. She was informative, adaptable and incredibly friendly. I would not hesitate to book again in the future for another tour elsewhere in Paris. A+!!
Our guide Ivana was excellent! She was so knowledgeable, giving us wonderful history and cultural context for the advent of Impressionism. Great anecdotes about the painters and the times they lived in. Enhanced further with her personal photos of some of the places where paintings were set. Cannot recommend this tour enough as a wonderful intro to the Orsay and its masterpieces.
Our tour guide Ivana P was excellent! She was very knowledgeable (I think she may have academic training in fine arts). She guided us through the museum with precision and weaved together a story for us tying in art history to the pieces we saw. She even brought her own personal photos related to the origin or the creation of the pieces. She really made the masterpieces we saw come to life by telling the human story behind them. Was an “impressionable” experience for my 12 and 9 year old daughters.
