Everything was amazing, especially Will cruise boat 3 he looked after us so well thankyou
We stayed for two days and one night on this magnificent boat. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The meals were delicious. We did several activities on board the boat (kayaking, cooking classes, squid fishing, cave visit). A jacuzzi is also available on board. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it.
It was a really beautiful experience especially the speed boat, i really loved the feeling of water spraying as we go through multiple landmarks. Also i would specifically thank the staff and especially Jess for being so lovely and accommodating. Staff can really make or break your trip and she definitely made it much more worth it ! Wish you the best dear! Would definitely do this again when i visit
We stayed overnight and to do some activities. But I preferred to stay and relax. We were welcome our name by the friendly staff. The most amazing was the service in the restaurant with the staff like Louis and Merlin. They were attentive to our needs. The room was clean and we slept comfortably I would’ve stayed longer. I wouldn’t mind to stay here again
From early morning Thai chi to late night squid fishing, from kayaking to swimming - it was a wonderful experience. Great food and service. Special shout out to colada
Lovely, relaxing way to spend two days of our honeymoon away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Ha Long Bay is a two hour drive from the city, and we took a smaller boat (12 people) to the main cruise sheep which took another half hour. Room on board was spotless with a balcony just above water level to take in the amazing views of this beautiful place. Meals were of exceptional quality, and we were spoiled by our personal waitress/concierge Hwa for whom nothing was too much trouble. She and cruise director/tai chi expert Hwan were both very professional, friendly and funny and we can’t thank them enough.
We had an amazing time on the cruise. The scenery is amazing and the staff make the whole experience wonderful. The food is amazing and the room was even bigger than we were expecting. We wish we could have stayed even longer!
Just had an unforgettable Halong Bay cruise — breathtaking views, peaceful waters, and stunning limestone islands all around. What truly made it special was the exceptional service. Huge thanks to Rose, our amazing server, who went above and beyond to make every moment feel extra comfortable and personal. Her warmth and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this cruise — and if you get Rose, you're in for something special!

Had a great 3 day / 2 night cruise on Orchid Premium in Ha Long Bay. Service was excellent from very attentive staff. Particularly from Thomas, Smiley & Cruise Director Bang. The food was delicious with great presentation and variety. The whole trip including transfers was first rate and highly recommended. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great activities available or you can choose to just relax. Vietnamese cooking class was fun. This was the perfect way to end our stay in Vietnam.
