We had a thoroughly delightful private tour of the Orangerie museum with our guide, Lucie. She showed us the major artworks on display and provided information on the artists and Impressionism. We went on many tours while in Paris, but this was the absolute best. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy the art at the Orangerie.
I’m absolutely delighted! Elena, dear, thank you so much! This is the most wonderful Paris tour! So lively, so engaging! If anyone wants to spend their money on a truly excellent guide, this is the one. I have something to compare it with!
Lucie was a wonderful guide. She took us through all the highlights of the museum. She was very knowledgeable and provided insight on the artwork and the artists. She was also gracious and kind for the mobility impaired member of our party. We could not have had anyone better!
Kate gave my friend and me a wonderful Parisian morning! It was a great idea to start the tour at 9 a.m., so we could enjoy the view of the waking city and fully wake up ourselves in a café, sipping coffee with a melt-in-your-mouth marzipan croissant. We truly felt like real Parisians! By creating such a pleasant atmosphere, Kate very professionally introduced us to the theme of the tour and prepared us to appreciate Monet’s masterpiece at the Musée de l’Orangerie. In the museum, she spoke in a very interesting and original way about the work of other artists as well. We had a wonderful time on the tour and truly enjoyed meeting Kate, a very positive and engaging guide. I highly recommend it to everyone! I am sure that her other tours are also well worth attending.
We truly enjoyed the tour and the meeting with a wonderful person and guide! Maria’s storytelling is full of interesting details that bring the artworks and artists to life. You start to understand the motives and emotions behind them. Thank you for the mood and the impressions! We have a lot of experience with guides in Paris, and Maria is among the best guides!
Thank you very much to Olga for this tour. After the majestic Louvre, I thought the second gallery might be too much for us. But the lunch in a very atmospheric café, the lively storytelling, and the wonderful photos shared alongside the explanation truly brought us back to life. We visited the museum-gallery with great interest and ease. Highly recommended for everyone.
