When arriving at the airport, meet your driver at the baggage claim assigned to your flight. Your chauffeur will wait for 35 minutes before leaving the pickup point. On Hotel pickups, your departure time is 2 hours prior to your flight's departure for domestic flights, or 3 hours prior to your flight's departure for international flights. Your chauffeur and vehicle will be at the front of the hotel. Please inform the doorman that you have a car coming to pick you up. Awesome experience! Our trip was a short one to the cruise port but one that my entire family enjoyed. John, our driver, was early, professional, and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone! A great start to our family cruise! P.S-I/we also used Viator for a tour in St. Maarten and it was awesome as well!
We were getting off of a cruise ship and traveling to the Fort Lauderdale airport. We were able to get off the ship early and I text our driver and he was already a couple of minutes away and was able to pick us up early and get us dropped off at the airport to make our early morning travel smooth, and quick. The car was clean and beautiful and it was overall a wonderful wonderful experience.

Easy pickup although did not receive notification that it would be delayed although they claim they messaged me. When it did arrive it was very comfortable and easy delivery to port
Communication was poor. I changed the location of pick up and called the next day to confirm the pick up location. The driver arrived early and we said we’d be right down. When we arrived at the front entrance, he was not there. Turned out he was at the original pick up place and he was not informed. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
The driver was prompt, friendly, and professional. The van was clean and had plenty of space. Or ride was comfortable. I will most certainly use them again
We were delayed getting off the ship and although our driver arrived early, our delay gave him the opportunity to take another fare. However, this delayed our pickup by 15-20 minutes. Having a car available immediately when we got off the ship was why we pre-booked the car. While we understand we were late getting off the ship, we were disappointed our car was not immediately available. The driver was very courteous and apologized for the wait.
