I booked this airport transfer many months ago with all relevant information (flight & hotel). The operator waited one day before we were to arrive (2 am) to text a request for our travel information. Meanwhile we were enroute traveling from northern Minnesota, through Miami and Bogota with no cell service. I called when I arrived in La Paz but no one answered. The good news is that I did receive a refund.
Great experience. They did an early morning 4am pick up for me at the airport… on time, friendly. The communication beforehand could be better as Viator did not allow me to enter my pick up time or location when making the reservation but I was able to post a message later and it worked out
