What an absolute pleasure for my young girls. Maude, the owner of the boutique and makeup brand, was extremely welcoming. She explained the concept behind her Irisé party. My daughters, ages 15, 13 and 12 were then taught how to apply makeup by Lisa, a super cute and sweet French makeup artist. She was full of good tips. I would definitely recommend it for all ages. I learned a few things myself. ;) I also loved that the make-up is made of natural ingredients. It was a wonderful experience for me and my daughters.
It was an hour of learning that completely changed my vision of makeup. Being a person who didn’t really do much makeup and couldn’t really do it, I decided to take the plunge to gain confidence. The challenge is successful: since this support made with a professional, I feel confident with the makeup I wear every day. The advice is excellent and perfectly adapted to the result you want to achieve. Small bonus: the course takes place in a shop with a peaceful and warm atmosphere. We really feel privileged. Thanks a lot.
The place looked dirty and run down. It was not what you would expect of a makeup class in Paris. People reuse same lipsticks others have used and and re-dip the mascara applicators, although they wipe down the applicator between each dip. They said they spray and wipe down the lipsticks and mascaras in between users but I doubt it completely sanitizes them. The way the place looked did not inspire confidence. The lady that taught us was sweet though and did teach us some helpful tips. Lesson did not include how to do anything for the eyebrows.
A nice moment of care for the 3 young girls who participated in our daughter's birthday. They came out delighted with this professional make-up experience and took some good advice from the team. A very friendly experience
It was good. Pretty similar to what I already do with my makeup. The products are nice but they don't make mascara or lip products. I was looking forward to more information on how to do my lip makeup. I did like the woman who did my course, overall it was decent!
I am a 64 year old woman who has little idea about makeup so I was hoping to learn a few things and somehow transform myself into a chic French woman! I definitely learned a few tips and tricks, so that was amazing. The young woman who did the class was lovely and very helpful, and her own face was flawless, but I can’t help but think the style of makeup she was doing is more suitable to younger faces and skin. I would definitely recommend this for younger women, or women with younger daughters as I’m sure it would be a fun group activity. I did buy some Irise products, which are lovely, and appreciated the information about the mascara they were using.
The educator (Margot) was very knowledgeable and friendly and fun. The makeup is very good. The customizable compact was very clever and practical. Don’t miss this class!

I was looking to purchase makeup for my daughter and myself that was age appropriate to each of us. Activity was aimed towards selling the owners brand of makeup which I did not feel worked on both of us.
