Pick up at Epernay train station then drive to a Champagne House. On the way, photo stop at the Champillon viewpoint. Panoramic view of Epernay.

Walk on Avenue de Champagne to discover some of the largest champagne houses and their architecture. Avenue de Champagne is one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Journey from Avenue de Champagne to lunch by minivan. Passage through Epernay to reach the lunch location. While passing by, you can discover the town of Epernay and its various places of interest: the Notre Dame d'Epernay Church, the Salmanazar Theater, the train station.
Lunch at the restaurant le Théâtre in a cozy and modern setting, a must-see address in Epernay Guests can enjoy elegant and varied traditional French cuisine.
Journey from Epernay to Champagne Munoz Bruneau. Discovery of the landscapes and hillsides of the Marne Valley.
Family home where you can discover the facilities and how champagne is made in the heart of the vineyard. The visit will be followed by a tasting. Immersion in the vineyard.
Leaving the family farm, you can enjoy the hillsides along the Marne to reach Hautvillers, the cradle of champagne. Village overlooking the Marne and the vineyard. You will cross villages of other wines: Damery and Cumières.
Hautvillers is the cradle of champagne. Magnificent village with many shops and discover the abbey where the Monk Dom Pérignon is buried. Photo stop at the viewpoints.
You will take a different route from the outward journey to return to Epernay station. You will be able to appreciate the hillsides of the Montagne de Reims on the Hautvillers side and see the meanders of the Marne.

Ghislain was the most amazing tour guide I’ve ever had. He had local insight everywhere that we went, pointing out important landmarks and features and made extra stops along the way for view points and to learn about champagne production and history. He was very knowledgeable about everything champagne and wine related, helping us select drinks based on our tastes. His outgoing personality made the tour fun and comfortable, and he left us alone enough times to enjoy some private experiences. Everything that we ate and drank was fantastic. This tour is very reasonably priced for the fantastic service, drinks, food, and company that you receive and I would book it again in a heartbeat. 10/10 experience Thank you Ghislain!

We just spent the most phenomenal day with Ghislane. We would highly recommend booking a tour with him. He was attentive, knowledgeable, passionate about champagne and the region, and a pleasure to spend time with. He took us to many interesting sites, and we ended the day in a private champagne house. Grislain did an excellent job with us. We were a group of four from the US and his minivan was spacious and excellent for traveling thru the vineyards. I had to confess that I was not much of a fan for champagne drinking....BUT after Grislain explanation, the passion in describing the valley (I can picture the harvest process full of people), the love infused in every drop of the golden liquid, the visit thru the cold and lenght galeries, the hapiness of the bubles coming up from the bottom of your glass...I discovered that my champagne is the demi-sec from chardonnay grapes. :) I truly recommend this tour services for an intimate experience of visiting Champagne and finding your flavour. Sorry...I forgot the delicious lunch at a Michelin restaurant.
