Yu-San our tour guide was very friendly and provided a lot of background information and even a few language lessons. The tour itself was great. We enjoyed the pirate ship and tram ride the most. Could have probably skipped the swans and spent more time in the village. Save your stomach space for the food in the village. We ate at Owakudani (the black curry buns were excellent) but would have preferred to have had udon In the village. Also don’t expect to see Mt. Fuji- apparently it can only be seen a few days every month due to weather. I hope you have better luck.
We had a fantastic experience! The bus was very comfortable, and our guide, Sakuragi, was incredibly knowledgeable. The meeting point was easy to find, and Sakuragi kept in constant contact with us via WhatsApp, which we really appreciated. All the stops were beautiful, with the boat excursion being a particular highlight. We also thoroughly enjoyed the traditional lunch, though please note it is not included in the package. As a group of four, we felt very safe throughout the trip thanks to the clear and accurate instructions provided. We highly recommend this tour!
Thoroughly Enjoy the tour to Hakone which was made more enjoyable by our guide Mandy who is very knowledgeable, friendly and full of energy and very time efficient
