Oludeniz Boat Trip to Butterfly Valley and St Nicholas Island from Fethiye
Description
Take a fun boat trip around Ölüdeniz’ bays and islands on this full-day cruise. Admire the stellar views as you sail past mountains, headlands and coves. Visit Butterfly Valley, famed for its bright butterflies, and perhaps walk through the canyon to see its waterfalls. Refuel with lunch and drinks (own expense) on deck, and then sail to St Nicholas Island, where you can relax or climb to the ruined hilltop monastery before a final swim stop and your return to Ölüdeniz.

Itinerary
We pick you up between 08:45-09:15 from the hotels you will choose during your reservation and set off towards Oludeniz. After all the passengers of our boat are completed, our boat tour starts between 10:30-10:45.
The first stop of our tour is the Blue Cave in the Faralya region, opposite the Dead Sea.
After stopping here for 30 minutes, we go to the "Butterfly Valley" beach, which is one of the most important places of our tour. Our swimming break is here for about 1 hour. Guests who wish can walk into the depths of the valley for a fee ((Approximately 1 €)
After the Butterfly Valley swimming break, our boat continues towards the peninsula across the valley. We take a 1-hour swimming break at the Aquarium Bay here.
We leave here and head towards Gemiler Island, one of the most important points of our tour. Those who want to visit this historical island pay an entrance fee of approximately 3€ per person. Gemiler Island (Turkish: Gemile Adası or Gemiler Adası ) is an island located off the coast of Turkey near the city of Fethiye. On the island are the remains of several churches built between the fourth and sixth centuries AD, along with a variety of associated buildings. Archaeologists believe it was the location of the original tomb of Saint Nicholas. The original Turkish name is Gemile meaning camel, so called because of its geographical shape.
After our visit to this island, we take our last two swimming breaks. One of them is Soguk Su Bay and the other is Camel Beach.
After these swimming breaks, our tour ends today. It's time to go back to the hotel.

- Photo’s and CD’s are being sold by independent photographers. Please take their contact number as we are not in contact with them. Please also check the CD’s if they are the right one while you recieve.
- Pick ups from Oludeniz hotel are not included, clients need to make their own way to the boat. Boat name and time will be given when clients call us to confirm the tour.
- At the high season(1 july-15 September) we will NOT have swim break and visit at BLUE Cave.

This was a really fun trip. From start to finish the crew provided excellent service. Each of the stops was very enjoyable. The hike to the top of the island St Nicholas only took me about 10 minutes. The trail is a little bit Rocky so it's good to have hiking boots or some type of comfortable walking shoe. Would definitely recommend this particular trip

The most beautiful place on the whole tour is Butterfly Island, but if you don’t dive or swim the remaining dull weather. Good fish. Keep in mind that they take photos and then sell them to you at 5€ each photo!

I booked this for my 30th birthday and it was AMAZING!!! ISMAIL THANK YOU SO MUCH he made the experience!! It started off great and I really appreciate they had a cute biscuit/cake and sang happy birthday which was really sweet. Then we were ready to fly. I went in April and the weather was extremely windy BUT ismail was kind enough to give 2 warm comfortable jackets (don’t know why I didn’t think to wrap up before this). He also waited until it was safe before flying but he knew I was really keen and excited so we waited and then were able to go. He is very knowledgeable so he knows exactly the right moment and all about the wind direction etc which meant for a soft safe landing (which I noticed other pilots weren’t doing!) I highly suggest buying the 360 picture options as Ismail transferred 100s of photos & some 360 ones which were really cool! Thank you once again to Ismail and his team. Tips for flying - wrap up warm with a few jackets and something comfortable - tie up your hair

beautiful trip! each stop was gorgeous and the lunch was delicious. there are a lot of people on the boat but it doesn’t feel crowded if you find a comfortable spot for your group. overall, we had a really nice time

Great trip! We were on a smaller boat which seemed to be a much more relaxing option than the pirate ships, and it had plenty of cushioned loungers on the top deck (both sun/shade options). There were around 40 people total but it didn’t feel particularly cramped. The trip took us to islands around Oludeniz for swimming, St. Nicholas Island/ruins (bring good walking shoes!), and finally butterfly valley (although only saw one butterfly-but a really neat cove only really reachable by boat). Provides lunch, alcohol (full bar) is extra and can be purchased on board. Agree with prior comments about being subjected to lots of cigarette smoke and paying extra for french fries at lunch + entrance to butterfly valley, but overall was a great day for a reasonable price!

The whole day was a delight made more enjoyable by the irrepressible enthusiasm of our guide Daniella - such knowledge and enthusiasm should be bottled like the great growths we tasted. Great picnic lunch and a small friendly group added to the enjoyment. Something that any visitor to Bordeaux must do as it is the essence of the wine culture of the region.

We stayed in Oludeniz, busy enough nightlife was great, the locals can’t do enough for you. Lots of hidden gems so research before you go. I missed it but the cable car ride to the top of the mountain looked awesome. If you book in one of the shops in town you can paraglide at the world’s best centres for around £50 Food and drinks where a little cheaper than UK Overall I would definitely visit again

Perfect tour, beautiful places and nice crew. You can swim and enjoy the wonderful sceneries. I found it pretty good for the price. Far from the loud music and awful atmosphere. It’s cosy, chill with a lot of time to enjoy the different places.
