Could NOT find driver. We had 2 people from the ship helping us. Contacting someone proved impossible! Driver called about #30 minutes later asking where we were. We waited for about 30. as we were early. My husband cannot stand long and sat with a security guard from the port A terrible experience and disappointing experience. The driver sympathized with our issue and said he would call the office so we would not be charged. I had no way of reaching the office. When I finally spoke to a person from Viator, I was told to call the local office handling the tour, they,the person I spoke with, could not give me the number!! A very difficult and disappointed day, To this day, a week later, I still don’t know who to call On the plus side, our second Viator tour went well as the driver contacted me the day before to confirm my husband’s situation.
First off we did have a wonderful guide. We enjoyed the trip except for a few issues. This trip does NOT include any tickets to the grand masters palace-you have to pay when you arrive. Also this tour is listed at 4 hours-we were only the tour for 1.5 hours. Seemed very expensive for such a short tour. Wished we had purchased through our ship instead.
