- Children ages 5-17 can parasail but require a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.
- Minimum age is 5 years old, with a 100 lb minimum weight for solo flights and 450 lbs maximum combined weight for tandem or triple flights.
- Parasailing is weather-dependent and only operates in sustained winds under 20 mph per US Coast Guard regulations—weather cancellations are eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- Enjoy 8-12 minutes of flight time per person with the full adventure lasting up to 90 minutes
- Dress in comfortable beachwear like swimsuits, shorts, or athletic clothing. You may be splashed during your trip!
- Boats depart promptly at scheduled times and cannot accommodate late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.

This team told me boat maintenance so it was canceled, after ten days I stil didn’t get the refund, but the team told me the refund is going to processed ten days ago
Experienced crew and fun small group of people. If you have been debating whether or not to do this, don’t hesitate! Not scary at all and absolutely beautiful and calm flight from and back to the boat! No hard landings…a breeze!
Despite having known their boats had been under maintenance since I booked, they called only one hour before my appointment to tell me they would need to reschedule to the following week. I was leaving the following day. They said I would receive a refund, but they did not know when I would get it. I’ve only been getting notifications to rate my experience ever since.

Booking was cancelled twice, supposedly due to boat maintenance. If the boat was unavailable for service, we should have been advised much earlier and the company should have made every effort to find us another booking. I can't believe they have only one boat. Unacceptable.

We show up 30 minutes prior and they canceled the trip 30 minutes after the time it was suppose to start. I had to call the company 5 different times for them to tell me they canceled it. And we never got notified, by call, text or even email. That had all day to reach out to let me know it canceled before coming. Never again will I book through them.

Do it!! Wow I was so excited. He took us up so high in the sky. Fun fun fun. He dips you in the water then back up again. I had a blast. I wanna do it again!!! The guys were very nice ….. don’t fret they are professionals and I felt safe. Thank you Mark S Jackson
I booked an observer ticket because I was nervous and wasn’t sure about doing it.. then I decided to upgrade and I’m so glad I did! It was the best experience and the views were breathtaking. Mike and Matt were awesome and very knowledgable, the took some funny pictures too lol… Thank you for a great trip and unforgettable memories!
