Obianni was punctual, friendly, easy to find, knowledgeable. We booked a group tour but we surprised when only the 2 of us turned up. Never the less, he made it a comfortable and excellent experience.

We booked it because the title said interior and it was supposed to rain (and did!!!). When the tour began, it was mostly exterior and they don’t have to go inside til the end. It was 45 degrees and pouring rain. and when it was apparent we were not getting what we paid for, we left.

Standing out in 45-degree weather during a downpour is incredibly uncomfortable, and I completely understand your frustration and why you chose to leave early. While the historic interior and the crypt are key parts of the itinerary, the tour is structured to cover the fascinating architecture and history of the exterior before heading inside. However, when the weather takes a turn like that, adapting the flow to keep you warm and dry should be the priority. I am immediately looking into how we can better handle sudden bad weather days to ensure our guests aren't left stranded in the freezing rain.
