Notre Dame Cathedral was breathtaking, the architecture, the history. Our guide, Sidi was very knowledgeable, fun and helpful.
Very knowledgeable guide that walked us through the history of the cathedral, but also of the city. We did a self-guided tour of the inside which was nice because it gave us the flexibility to view certain art or monuments and skip over some we have seen before. Afterwards we walked around the cathedral and she explained it's history.
What gift it was to have Siddhima as our our guide! Coincidentally, she had been our guide on an another tour one week earlier and we loved her, so we were very happy see her again! She was just as passionate and educated about Notre Dame as she was about the previous tour. She provided a very comprehensive history of Notre Dame and shared many interesting facts and anecdotes in a fun, engaging and passionate way. Several people on the tour, including us, did not realize this was an exterior tour only. Bonjour Tours needs to be clearer in the description. I am not sure I would have purposely taken an exterior tour of the Cathedral, but I’m so happy I did.
Leo has been an excellent and very entertaining guide, I enjoyed the visit with him! I also very much appreciated that he suggested to go inside the church first and delay a bit the start of the tour, to avoid the crowd at later times, it was a great tip and insight!
The description of this tour is misleading. It clearing states “guided tour with free entry at 13:00”. This implies the tour goes inside at 13:00 when the tour begins. However, this tour is exterior only and you are own your own to enter the inside. You still need to wait in two different lines after this “exterior” tour to see the inside. The first line is for people without reservations to get a ticket and the second line is for ticketed entrance. The description should read “exterior tour only” and does not include free entrance ticket.

This is the option you chose, and it clearly states that it is an exterior guided tour followed by self-guided entry into Notre-Dame. If reserved or priority access were included, we would have stated that explicitly. Instead skip the line is mentioned in the exclusions. It is also stated that after the guided exterior portion, the interior visit in this option is self guided. Guests looking for an interior guided experience can book our interior tour option instead. We simply encourage guests to read the full description before booking to ensure they select the experience that best matches their expectations.
