The tour was delightful from beginning to end. Our guide and our driver were outstanding.
Dear Elizabeth, Thank you very much for your comment. We’re so glad to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your two-day trip to Normandy! We look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
The tour was overall nice. The locations were well selected and I think the route was well planned. This would have been 5 stars except the bathroom on the bus was forbidden for use by the guest. The reason provided was that the “bus driver did not want to clean it.” The bus driver of course was able to use it but not the guests. For the price of the tour I find this unreasonable. The tour was €600 for one night and 2 days, one would expect to be able to use the bus’s bathroom for that price, especially since it was perfectly functional. Otherwise I appreciated the knowledge of the tour guide and generally enjoyed the tour.
Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the locations, route, and your guide’s knowledge. Regarding the bus restroom, it is correct that toilets are not available for guest use during the trip. That said, we fully understand your concern and will work closely with our transportation partners to improve this matter for greater comfort on future tours. Kind Regards,
