It was great to see Normandy however our guide was very difficult to understand with his thick accent. We were unable to really capture the history of what we saw. He seemed half hazard in his presentation It wasn’t worth the money without a guide you could not understand. We could of seen Normandy on our own
Dear Stacey, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry that the visit did not meet your expectations. We regret the difficulties in understanding the guide and the feeling that the explanation lacked depth. We take your comments very seriously and will pass them on to the relevant department to review what happened. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)
It was great to see the beaches of Normandy to better understand the D-Day invasion. The American cemetery is a moving experience.

The visit to Normandy was great. Our tour guide was not appropriate for an American tour. His English was poor and his accent was very heavy. We had trouble understanding about half of what he said. Everyone on the tour was disappointed. Further he spent little time talking about the history. Most of his commentary was on the bus. Other guides walked through the bunkers with their group and showed maps and pictures of the areas. We were lucky enough to be able to listen to some of those guides as we progressed. For example; When we stopped for lunch at Arromanches he did not tell us that 2,000,000 soldiers landed on that beach. We had to look up that information ourselves. This was not our first Viator tour and up to now have been happy. Normandy was to be the highlight of our trip to France. This was disappointing. We hope that Viator would give us a partial refund to our party of 4. We were unable to request this through your website.

It was a fun tour with our tour guide Jose and our driver. It was a smooth ride from Paris to Normandy and back. He really knows what he’s doing. And also he takes care of us and made sure no one is left behind.

Estimada Victoria, Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Nos alegra saber que tu visita al Mont Saint Michel con nosotros te haya satisfecho. ¡Esperamos recibirte de nuevo en el futuro! Atentamente, Paris City Vision
We loved our experience to Normandy! We were able to see where the American Soldiers landed for D-Day at Omaha Beach, enjoyed the serene American Cemetery, and experienced steep cliffs of Pointe Du Hoc, the landing of the Rangers. Our tour guy was very knowledgeable about the D-Day and also about the history of France and the Normandy area. Our kids learned so much! The air conditioned van was comfortable and made a pit stop going to and from Paris to Normandy where we were able to get snacks, croissants, coffee, and water. I would highly recommend this tour!
Dear Kimberly, Thank you very much for your comment. We’re glad to know that you enjoyed very much the day-trip to Normandy with your family and that the comfort of the journey was to your liking. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
I'm putting a star on it because I can't put any. I think we are all human and make mistakes, I am now leaving for Paris with my parents, I made the reservation with them to go to Mont Saint Michel for March 31 instead of April 1. Civitatis agreed to the change of date but the operator, Paris City Vision did not. At first they told me that the modification depended on civitatis, when I get to talk to them, they tell me that it is the decision of the operator and that he says no. I speak to Paris City Tour again and they tell me that the modifications are Civitatis’ thing. I send you the capture of the conversation, Civitatis talks to them and they tell me they refuse. I keep talking to Paris City Tour, I tell them they can't say yes and then no, and they deny saying that. I attach the screenshots of the conversation. I begged you, offered money to seniors for the change of date. THEY HAVE NOT ACCEPTED. I lost 400€ of the excursion because a company does not take into account that mistakes can be made. They have been very cold and dry and refused to pick up my phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPERATOR, THEY ARE PERFECT AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HUMANS CAN MAKE MISTAKES. It was a surprise to my parents, years of wanting to go there and saving up to take them.
