What an amazing adventure! This trip was very well organized and action packed. I had so much communication before, during and after that it was impressive. Our guide KC, was amazing and our driver was terrific. Many adventures packed into the first day, it was tiring but amazing with down time in the car so that was fine. Accommodations were great and the cruise was very fun and beautiful!

I was only able to visit Vietnam for a few days, so this experience let me know about beautiful places that I will remember for sure. It was all organized in way that could fit in my schedule and I didn’t worry about anything more than enjoy.
Lovely travel agency, not only Authentic but also her mother that kept stuffing us with water melon and banana. Booked a trip to Ha Long and Ninh Binh, both were fine even though they a bit touristy, but there is hardly a way around that with those destinations. Thanks Authentic!
Authentic did an amazing job of organising multiple tours for us starting from perfume pagoda, overnight in ninh binh, visit trang an, hoa lu, mua cave and lastly overnight halong bay cruise. Everything was going well. Such attentive customer service was a really pleasant surprise. Thank you so much Authentic and hopefully we will visit beautiful Vietnam once again someday!

I would highly recommend Son from Authentic for anyone looking for a travel agency to organize your family holiday to Vietnam. Everything was awesome, right from his suggestions on planning the itinerary, the accommodations, guide, driver and vehicle. Special thanks to our guide Tom too. Very helpful and knows where to get us the best local food. He and driver even woke up very early one day when i wanted to do the boat trip at 5am to get some pictures of birds at Van Long!
