Beautiful archaeological sites and much more appreciable through the explanations of our Hala guide, very good and very prepared. Hala always ready to answer all questions, really 🔝 ❤️
An unforgettable experience but some not positive warnings , so many hours on board for excursions to the temples quite short with swarms of people and children crowding on you so that getting off the ship alone is difficult, the ships given the small size are noisy enough even when stopped with the generators on and since they are moored next to each other you can also breathe a lot of smoke , a tip since tips are practically mandatory better to withdraw their money and for the small figures use those 1 euro about 60 Egyptian pounds
Hotel in Cairo was excellent, but the boat the Nile Plaza was extremely poor. The shower tray was on a slope, very slippery and dangerous. Also the shower door was difficult to slide and came off its tracks continually. Wall socket coming away from wall. Two single duvets on a double bed! Small windows and no chair to sit on in the cabin. Also the boat seemed old and tired and needed a total refit. Certainly not acceptable for the price of the holiday from Saga.
have made a seven-day Nile journey from Luxor to Aswan and back in January 2026 with the MS Emilio via ECCO - Reisen. An unforgettable experience!!! The ship is not the latest and there is certainly a renovation here and there, but that is also the special charm of the ship - not pomp and splendour but a touch of the flair of old cruise ships. A great room like in the hotel, food and drink - something for everyone; the service and friendliness of the crew absulute top! A covered sundeck with pool and plenty of sunbathing facilities, afternoon coffee with a snack - all around a fantastic Nile trip with all the amenities Egypt has to offer the tourists. Gladly again and only recommended
This review concerns the ship called Sultan Hassan and MS King Tut I. During a sightseeing tour organized by Itaka, we were accommodated on a ship operated by this company called Sultan Hassan. Unfortunately, our experience on the ship was very disappointing. Bottled water was not provided, there was no internet access, and the food quality was poor. The bathroom was unclean and showed signs of mold. Additionally, during meals, some guests were asked to leave their tables, and this was done in a raised voice by the restaurant floor manager, which created a very uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this ship to future travelers.
The experience of a lifetime of going with SAMA TRAVEL was a scam and also we were not offered a solution that has led us to submit a claim to the agency and then we will go to the OCU, OMIC and until the end

This tour was absolutely fabulous. It started off with 2 nighrs at the Ritz Carlton in Cairo We then took an early flight to Luxor where we boarded the River Tosca. We only had 34 passengers and we were divided in 2 groups with each group had their own guide and driver. Our guide Mohamed has a wealth of knowledge and managed to show us many amazing things. The food on board was delicious and we loved the many Egyptian dishes. Security was tops and we never felt that something would go wrong. Strongly recommend Uniworld!
Beware of these 2 ships and others that feel the same: Kings of egypt Sultan Hassan These boats have very unprofessional attitude and they basically ask you to tip then tell you how much you should tip as if it is a service fee, then when u ask for a receipt they refuse, so it basically is theft under the name of a tip, if you dont like it then they start scaring you and tell each other they didn’t pay you this or that, even though we have tipped everyone separately which might have been a reason for them to be even more greedy and ask for more more more. The people are very improfessional and the music taste is vulgar and they dont even want to put the music down so u dont get a headache.
