Scare maze

SCAM – DO NOT BOOK! Avoid this at all costs. The business is permanently closed, yet the website is still happily taking people’s money for bookings. It is absolutely unacceptable to charge customers for a service that doesn’t even exist anymore. There appears to be no effort to update the website or prevent people from making bookings, which is incredibly misleading and frustrating. I only discovered it was closed after booking, leaving me out of pocket and wasting my time. How this is allowed to continue is beyond me. The website should be taken down or updated immediately. Disgusting customer service and a terrible experience. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Don’t book this

This place is permanently closed. I booked the experience months ago but was never notified about it being closed. I looked it up on Google today and it says permanently closed. I reached out to my provider who assured me it was still open. I traveled to the location only to find out it is actually closed. Now I’m fighting to get a refund. Really disappointing. This needs to be removed so that people don’t continue booking only to be left disappointed and angry.

INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING OF GIRLS BY STAFF

DO NOT GO HERE. Inappropriate touching of girls by staff!!! Myself and my friend visited while in Barcelona for a fun evening activity and wish we had never bothered! The actors in there seriously need to be informed of boundaries… they were massaging mine and my friends heads and backs which as a tad odd however they then covered to feel in between our legs on multiple occasions and then one of the actors kissed my friend on the cheek a couple of times before proceeding to kiss her properly on the lips a couple of times!!! Absolutely outrageous to be sexually assaulted when you are most vulnerable in a pitch black room and should be participating in a fun activity. Furthermore, as we left this actor that had been harassing my friend called out to her “coco” meaning darling- completely inappropriate and not what we were expecting. Besides from this the €25 euro spend for the activity is a rip off considering it takes a total of 10 minutes to walk the whole thing and the jump scares were very mediocre. Definitely do not recommend… especially for girls!!!!!!

SCARY AND FUN !!!!

Visited several of these kind of places in cities around the world and this one is up there with the best, can’t say much without spoiling the experience but it’s dark and scary and definitely worth a visit. Thanks for making us jump !!!

Fun for those who love horror!

Me and my partner came here when we were on a city break to Barcelona! We both are interested in things scary and fun so we thought we may aswell after passing it whilst on a walk. It was quite scary, even for someone who loves horror and I kept my eyes closed for the most part LOL! But my partner said that it was very immersive and they did things like touching your legs etc. The only con is that it could have lasted longer for the price you pay but we both had loads of fun and it even continued when you thought it was all over!

Do it

Do it do it do it. After travelling and wanted something to do on our 1st night this was what we needed. From the moment we arrived there, we was getting whistled at, which set the tone. The girl at the entrance explained all the rules etc and we had a clear understanding. The actors made us laugh scream and made us jump scared 10 out of 10.

Amazing staff and experience. Def should go if you visit Barcelona. Very good experience.

Great experience from the beginning. Great experience for families. Went with a group of 10 and was split into 2 groups of 5.

Bad experience

The blonde girl and the makeup guy at the Welcoming invited us with their kind way to enter, we were a group of 7 adults and a girl, arrived at the cashier wanted to pay in cash and the girl who speaks Italian was very annoyed because she did not have the change, then one of us asked if in case fear had taken over she could get out and she replied badly that it was written as big as a house that in that case they would not return the money (but no one asked to be returned, just wanted to know if he could get out), I a rudeness so I rarely found it and in this case all 8 of us agreed that it was not appropriate to enter, just a person rejecting I feel sorry for the holder.

A must go for the brave ones

I was surprised how good and realistic this was! Even my 15 and 17 years old sons enjoyed it to the max. Do not miss it if you are in the city
