It was the best part of Coney Island. I spent most of my day there because there are a lot of experiences offered for the admission price. I highly recommend. The staff were friendly and helpful.
So worth it for all ages honestly my husband had a great time and so did my 16 year old. Take your time enjoy it
Fantastic, a very nice energy and totally family atmosphere and the children, my kids had a very happy day there yesterday
This historic venue is definitely a site to be seen. I’ve been in New York City throughout my life, but somehow missed this venue. The staff was exceptional. We had two disabled individuals with us, and the staff made every accommodation to ensure an enjoyable visit. The final 4D video was very entertaining.
Fun experience, but a little underwhelming for the price. Definitely look at the map before you go and don’t plan to spend more then 2 hours there.
Go in the winter if you'd like to avoid crowds, but since it's so close to the ocean and also winter in NYC, bundle up! Much of the aquarium features outdoor areas. I really enjoy the exhibits where you can go "underground." It's a small aquarium so it's not difficult or long to see everything in one day. The otters love to play, which is very cute to see in person.
I had called ahead of time regarding tickets in which they said the time you book doesn’t matter, they are accommodating with any time you show up. i tried to go for valentine’s day to which i encouraged traffic and i had bought my tickets to which i was denied at the door. I called the office to which they apologized and told me to contact viator because they don’t have access to rescheduled appointments that’s not through their website. I contacted Viator 4 times to which there’s been no resolution, no reschedule, no refund, nothing. I am in distraught because i genuinely wanted to go here with my partner and no one had told me they stop entry at a certain time. maybe i read past it im not sure but im very upset.
The aquarium is actually very poor to visit ... very expensive for what we see there we are very disappointed. Choose the zoo of central Park is sublime
You didn't offer a senior discount like the aquarium website does. That would have saved me $6. Why is that? Is it a scam?
all beautiful waw how amazing to see sea wolf sharks and all the fish in existence waw how wonderful
