Nice cruise with great staff on board and decent food. However communication before the cruise has lot’s of room for improvement as it was quite unclear and bordering on rude.
A fantastic cruise with great meals, stunning rooms with a balcony in the room with a breathtaking view. The staff smiled and created an especially pleasant espicialy -my - who was there all the time and helped with every request with a smile and care that we will enjoy throughout the cruise

It was one of a kind experience in the cruise...we were upgraded to a superior room with magnificent view and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The best part was that we were assigned a sweet girl named "Genie" to help us with the whole service part and she helped us in every affair of our stay.... The activities were amazing kayaking, swimming and cave visit. Loved the whole part of the trip .... would recommend to all. ☺️

The trip was fascinating. 10/10 highly recommended for everyone to choose this cuisine. What stands out about this ship is the beds facing the windows and the window bathtubs. I was also very impressed with the food. The seafood was cooked on charcoal and was very tasty. I loved how they took us to the locations that were not as touristy. We really got to immerse ourselves in the culture and food moreso than the populated lines. We enjoyed the karaoke that they had as well. The service was phenomenal. The staff member Tracy (Anh) was extremely accommodating and served service with a smile. David was also very kind chatting with us at the bar. Don’t need to research other cruises. I looked at over 50 cruises and am EXTREMELY glad I made the right decision choosing M’Gloria!

Fantastic experience! The 5 star reviews are 100% accurate. Don’t pass this opportunity to enjoy a packed itinerary that’s worth more than you’re paying. Highly recommend taking advantage of the transportation prearranged as part of the package. It is a luxury bus with air-conditioning and reclining, cushy seats. Midway rest stops for snacks and an opportunity to learn more about pearl cultivation in Ha Long Bay. We cruised on the m’Gloria. The cruise director, Hui, is top notch. Very knowledgeable, imparting information throughout the cruise. From a ship Captain perspective, I also found the cruise ship captain to be a highly competent ship handler, professional, kind and engaging with the passengers. The crew was extremely helpful and made the cruise very enjoyable. The ship was super clean and well kept. Ha Long Bay geography is spectacular. You will have the chance to kayak and swim in the same exotic location of the movie, Kong Skull Island. The itinerary also called for a cooking class, tai chi in the early morning, fishing village visit and small row boat cruise to a remote lagoon, karaoke, and squid fishing. Although, the karaoke list should be updated and squid fishing was pretty sparse. The open deck weightroom was a nice feature. We had one of two staterooms on the upper most deck with bulkheads (walls) that were glass windows on either side so you could take in the view from both sides of the ship while physically laying in bed. The food was delicious and the bartenders will work with you in making the drinks of your choice. Most strongly recommend this unique experience!
