Up reaching our Negril destination/seven mile beach. We stop on the seven mile beach for 2 to 3 hours then go to Ricks Cafe to watch the sunset goes down. Then head back to Montego Bay after the sunset.

Once we get to the hotel, villa, cruise ship or any place of residence our drivers will inform the bell person in lobby and after retrieving clients we double check to ensure that they got the right person and set off on our journey, then we start by personal introduction and show you interesting site on the way. We ensure that you get the knowledge of our fruits that are in session we also look at the landscape, houses, attractions and historical sites.
Before arriving at Fort Charlotte, we often make a quick stop to enjoy one of Jamaica’s most popular snacks — the famous Jamaican patty. Guests can taste this delicious flaky pastry filled with seasoned beef, chicken, or vegetable while learning about Jamaica’s vibrant food culture. We then visit Fort Charlotte in the historic town of Lucea, a colonial fort built to protect the harbor from pirates and invading ships. Guests can take photos, enjoy the coastal views, and learn about Jamaica’s early history.
Relax and unwind on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, celebrated for its powdery white sand, swaying palm trees, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. During this stop, we typically spend our beach time at the popular Tree House Restaurant, one of Negril’s most loved beachfront locations. Guests can swim in the warm Caribbean Sea, take a peaceful walk along the stunning shoreline, or simply relax under the tropical sun while enjoying the laid-back Negril vibe. Tree House Restaurant also offers a delicious menu featuring authentic Jamaican favorites such as jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, and fresh fish, along with a variety of American-style dishes. For guests looking for adventure, the beach area also offers optional water sports activities available for purchase including parasailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat rides, tubing, banana boat rides, and scuba diving. This stop offers the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and authentic Jamaican beach culture.
Visit the legendary Rick’s Café, one of Jamaica’s most famous sunset locations. Guests can watch thrilling cliff divers leap into the Caribbean Sea, enjoy live music, and take in one of the most breathtaking sunsets in Jamaica. If guests prefer to enjoy dinner here, Rick’s Café offers a full menu featuring a mix of Jamaican and international favorites such as jerk chicken, jerk shrimp, seafood pasta, burgers, wraps, fresh salads, and traditional Jamaican desserts like rum cake and banana bread. Guests can relax with a drink, enjoy the lively atmosphere, and dine while watching the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. This stop offers the perfect way to end your Negril adventure before the comfortable return drive to Montego Bay.

We had an absolutely fantastic private tour with Nigel from Mighten Tours during our stay at the Grand Palladium. From start to finish, the whole day was perfectly organised and tailored to us. Nigel picked us up from the hotel and took us for delicious Jamaican patties before a quick stop in Port Charlotte, sharing lots of local knowledge and interesting facts along the way. We then headed to Negril where we spent a few relaxing hours at Tree Tops — an absolutely stunning beach and one of the highlights of our trip. The snorkelling trip with Terry Tours was amazing, with beautiful clear water, lots of marine life, and we even saw a turtle 🐢 which made the experience extra special! We finished the day at Rick’s Cafe, which was the perfect end to an unforgettable experience. Nigel was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely great company throughout the day. Nothing felt rushed and he made sure we had the best possible experience. We would highly recommend Mighten Tours to anyone visiting Jamaica — truly one of the best days of our holiday!

The shuttle service to Negril 7 Mile Beach & Rick’s Cafe was excellent from start to finish. Nigel arrived on time around 10:30 am, which is always appreciated, and his driving was very good, even considering that some parts of the road are still a little damaged by the passage of the hurricane (they are not big damage just a few bumps) During the journey we made a quick stop recommended by Nigel to try local food, we tried the famous Jamaican Patty which was delicious and totally worth it. Upon arriving at 7 Mile Beach Nigel made sure we had enough time to enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. In addition, he suggested a suitable time to leave for our next destination, but always gave us the option to decide the time that we saw fit. Our next stop took us to Rick’s Cafe, where he was again very patient and waited without pressuring us at any time. He said the return would be after sunset, my wife and I stopped a little longer but still he waited for us and at no time rushed us. On the way back, he had the detail of asking us if we wanted to stop to buy something to eat, we made a quick stop and then he took us back to our hotel. Overall, it was a very safe, comfortable and well organized trip. We returned around 8:30 pm without any inconvenience. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

Nigel took us on a tour to 7 Mile Beach and Rick’s Cafe in Negril, Jamaica. He arrived on time and handled very well despite how difficult the road was. Along the way we stopped at Juici Patties, which is definitely a “must try”; they were delicious. We had enough time to enjoy the beach, and he himself suggested we stay longer where we wanted, either on the beach or in the cafe. Back, he was also very attentive and asked if we wanted to stop to buy something to eat. The trip took approximately 10 hours. I stop by at about 10:30 and we arrive at the beach in Negril at about 1:00pm. From the cafe we left at about 6:40pm to get to Montego Bay at about 8:30pm. Overall, he was a very good driver: friendly, professional and considerate. Recommended!

We took an all-day tour with Nigel through Montego Bay, hip strip, Fort Charlotte, Seven Mile Beach, and Rick’s Cafe and overall the experience was excellent! Nigel is a phenomenal tour guide! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional, and funny! We learned a lot about Jamaica’s history and culture during our tour, which we really appreciated. We are also grateful that Nigel was very accommodating with our request to speak more slowly during the tour so that our parents could more easily keep up with the conversation, since my parents speak Russian and English is their second language. We plan on taking more excursions with Nigel Mighten’s tour company in the future when we visit Jamaica again and highly recommend this tour agency to other travelers!

This trip was a wonderful experience for seeing the west coast of Jamaica. While the countryside was gorgeous and we saw many beautiful things, it was our tour driver that made it SUPERB. We traveled with mom and Nigel made it perfect for all three of us. He showed us the fort, but also knew the best picture spots. He got us juici burgers and mom always had a cool place to rest. He made the whole day special, even videotaped our cliff diving at Rick's. He KNOWS his stuff!!

The trip, transport and for sure, Nigel, the guide were all top notch. Nigel broke up the 2 hr drive with photo stops and fun along the way. Stopped at 7mile beach for a little relaxation. Really liked that he chose locally owned resort to stop at instead of touristy place..Ricks of course is a must do for good food and all the great vibes! Would definitely do this trip again and request Nigel as the guide!

We had the best time in Jamaica and Nigel tour was the only tour we wanted to do. Mrs Kayane or Mrs K was our tour guide and she was amazing. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very nice. She didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She made sure we put a check mark on everything we had on our list to do that day.
