We only use the original recipe for Neapolitan Pizza. That means that every single ingredient is compliant with the specifications to call it Neapolitan DOC Pizza. As in the wood-burning oven we use only 100% beech wood and not mixed wood as usual in restaurants, the flavour will be really unique!

The Best

Great great time. Private home so very personal. Got to know more about Italian culture with a fun couple. We had a great time and the pizza turned out amazing!!!!

Napolitan Pizza träning in Como.

Loved the fun and professional atmosphere we were taught to prepare our pizza 🍕❤️. Also the fun interaction while preparing😂. Lovely environment for home kitchen preparation.

excellent experience

It was very interesting to follow the course that was provided to us with sympathy and competence by Vincenzo. Very useful tips on how to shape the pizza, without crushing the edge. The dough was excellent and the pizza delicious.

Pizza on my own!

Eager to learn how to make a good pizza on my own, I attended the course and was thrilled. I learned how to produce an excellent dough and to garnish the pizza with succulent and top quality ingredients.
