Door-to-Door Service: We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from all hotels and residences within Negombo city limits and the Colombo area. Meeting Point: Please wait in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Identification: Your driver/guide will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name or the company logo. Stay Connected: We recommend providing a WhatsApp-enabled mobile number during booking. This allows us to send you the driver's details and real-time location updates on the morning of the tour. Airport Pickups: If you are arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) and wish to head straight to the wetlands, please provide your flight number. We will meet you at the "Arrivals Pageant Area."

We had a fantastic time on this trip, being met at our hotel and talked through the drive to the wetlands. Our driver was so friendly and welcoming and his car comfortable with ac. At the visitor centre we met our guide and boat driver and were handed life jackets. As we motored down the Dutch canal the guide showed us so many birds and other wildlife that we would never have seen on our own and they were more than happy to manoeuvre the boat so we could try to get a better photo. We then went into the lagoon and into the wetlands finding many more species before returning to the visitor centre where our driver was waiting. Thoroughly recommended if you have a few hours spare and enjoy wildlife.
We booked the morning of and were picked up from the hotel within an hour. The boat tour was amazing and we saw lizards, crocodiles and many birds. The guides were great, they were very good at spotting animals and getting us in close. The driver was very friendly and even got us some local food on the way. Would definitely recommend!
Our driver Kevin was a delight to chat with on our trip from Negombo to the lagoon and Nirmala our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Seeing macaques and a baby Crocodile were just some of the highlights. The local orange juice and fresh king coconut were unexpected bonuses

This was a great boat tour. We saw over 25 different birds! Our driver, Kevin, picked us up at our hotel and took us to where we caught the boat. He was a good safe driver, and offered helpful suggestions for our visit to Negombo
