We can wholeheartedly recommend Munduk Taxi Service. Our driver, Nova, took us from Ubud to Munduk and later from Munduk to Sanur Harbor. Both journeys turned into unforgettable sightseeing tours. Nova was not only a very safe and professional driver but also an excellent guide. He shared a lot of interesting information about Bali, its culture, traditions, and everyday life. He was always friendly, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions while making sure we visited every stop we had planned. Some of the highlights included Akasa Coffee with its breathtaking view of Mount Batur, Pura Ulun Danu Batur, the amazing Sekumpul Waterfall, Fiji Waterfall and Hidden Waterfall. On our second tour, we visited Banyumala Waterfall, the beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and the stunning Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. What impressed us the most was Nova's honesty and willingness to help. At one temple, we were charged far too much as tourists. Nova immediately stepped in, negotiated on our behalf, and managed to get part of our money back. That really showed us that he genuinely cares about his customers and isn't just there to drive. Another big advantage was the excellent communication before our trip. Nova's brother helped us plan our itinerary via WhatsApp, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations long before we arrived in Bali. A unique experience thanks to our guide/driver, Nova. He took us to gigantic waterfalls with very few people around. He came to pick us up in Ubud to do the excursion in Munduk. A delight. Always willing to take photos and provide us with good contacts.
