We had an amazing tour with Tak and Motoko. Their knowledge, warmth, and kindness made our family’s experience truly memorable, and our son especially loved spending time with them. We learned so much, had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend their tours to anyone visiting Japan.
We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour with Noriko and our driver. The views were stunning, and Noriko’s flexibility and local knowledge led us to beautiful waterfalls and viewpoints we would have otherwise missed. Our driver was excellent, sharing insights about the area’s vegetation, restaurants, and shops while navigating with professionalism and care. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and we highly recommend them!
Dear Joselyn-san, Thank you so much for your great comment. Honestly, I fully enjoyed the day personally. Even if the air wasn’t crystal clear as typical summer days, I could have a special time to be a part of such a beautiful family like you. I just worried Olivia-chan and Ben-kun became a little tired at the end of the day. I’m also proud of my colleague driver Toshi because he, as always he does, tried to do much more than what I normally expect drivers. Thank you so much again for visiting Japan and choosing us this time. Hope you make another wonderful memories during the rest of days in Japan. Kind regards, Noriko
Very enjoyable day. Toshi and Julie are a good team and anticipated everything we needed. Great conversation and very knowledgeable. Relaxing day and great people!
Thank you so much for your generous review. We truly appreciate it. Your deep knowledge and appreciation of Japan truly amazed us. I hope the misty ropeway ride and the serene atmosphere of the shrine will also be a beautiful part of your travel memories. Regards, Julie
I definitely recommend Miho and Toshi for your day trip! We had so much fun! Memories will last a lifetime!! Everything was extra special!!
Thank you very much for your kind review. I think your family’s patience is the reason you were able to see Mt. Fuji in yesterday’s weather. We are very happy that you enjoyed our tour, and we hope you have a wonderful stay in Japan! Toshi and Miho
What an amazing tour guide! Mazda made our experience 100% more enjoyable than seeing it with a tour of us. Thank you for all of your knowledge and historical information. I highly recommend anybody coming to Japan seeking out his service!
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a kind review. It was truly a pleasure spending the day with you around Mt. Fuji. As you experienced, Mt. Fuji can be quite shy, and the views change from moment to moment. Although we could see the mountain beautifully from the city center, it was completely hidden when we arrived at ARAKURAYAMA SENGEN JINJA Shrine. I was so happy that we were rewarded with a perfect view from Lake Saiko. More than anything, I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the day and that the stories and history I shared helped make your experience even more meaningful. You will always be warmly welcomed back to Japan, and I would be delighted to share another adventure with you, your family, friends, and loved ones! Wishing you many wonderful travels ahead. Mazda
We had a wonderful day with Ayaka! We were grateful to being able to customize our tour as we wanted to go on the Mishima Skywalk and we couldn’t find any other tours Hakone tour that included that spot. Ayaka and our driver, Toshi, took us to see the Mishima Skywalk, Hakone shrine, a cruise on Lake Ashi, and finally the Hakone rope way cable car ride to see the Owakudani hot springs. It was a full day! I especially appreciated how Ayaka took the time to talk to each of us, not just the parents but also our 3 young adult children. She really made the effort to engage all of us and to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves while learning things about Japan along the way. She was very kind and gracious. We had a great day. Thank you, Ayi!
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I truly enjoyed spending the day with your family. I especially enjoyed hearing Nicole, Ciara, and Kevin share their own thoughts and perspectives. I was very happy that everyone joined the conversations and showed such interest throughout the day. Spending time with your family was also a wonderful experience for me. I hope to see you again in Japan someday — especially during cherry blossom season! Ayaka
Very personable and kind. Mr Yamagishi was very respectful and engaging to be around and despite inclimate weather made it a memorable experience. Amazing experience.
Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I also truly enjoyed talking with you about America and South Dakota. Mount Fuji will always be here, so I hope you will come back to Japan someday to see it again under clear skies. I hope the three-week trip to Japan with your son becomes a wonderful and unforgettable experience for both of you. Tadashi
Tomomi is an excellent local guide who maneuvers around the interests of the guests and any needs that may arise. She and our driver Toshi who is an experienced driver navigated many hidden venues to capture a view of Mt. Fuji, a local sake brewery and an excellent local winery. Many thanks to them for an excellent day despite the rain.
Although it rained a lot from the start of the tour until the winery tasting, Toshi and I were so happy that you had finally been able to enjoy magnificent views of Mount Fuji from many different spots! That made Toshi and me very happy as well. We’re also delighted that you had enjoyed the tour and tasting at the local sake brewery as well as the wine tasting at the local winery in the Lake Kawaguchi area. You fully experienced the highlights of the Fuji area - the sacred shrine connected to Mount Fuji worship, the beautiful scenery of Mt. Fuji, and the local sake and wine - all in one day, which truly made our day too! Tomomi
We had seven family members and our driver Tak-San met us on time and spoke very good English. He was friendly and a wealth of information for the entire day. Our guide Yuko-san joined us at the Mt Fuji Heritage Center. She also spoke excellent English and had a very extensive knowledge of the mountain and the area around it. We enjoyed great views and photos from fifth Station as well as from a couple of the lakes below the mountain. We had a wonderful lunch with our guide and driver at the 55Steak restaurant which included fun banter and much help with our Japanese phrases and understanding. Yuko-San communicated with us extensively before the trip to help us decide where to eat and what to expect for temperatures and weather. We had a fantastic trip!
Glenn-san, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Tak-san, our driver, and I truly enjoyed spending the day with all of you. It was a real pleasure to be able to show your lovely family of seven, spanning three generations, the beautiful sacred Mt. Fuji. And perhaps I should also say that you all brought the good weather with you. Thank you very much for that.”Arigato Gozaimasu.” I’m so glad the ladies enjoyed the cherry blossoms, and that you were able to take photos of the remaining yaezakura, the lakes, and Mt. Fuji. I also appreciated how attentively the gentlemen listened to the explanation about how Mt. Fuji was formed. It was wonderful to see how interested everyone was in Japanese, and we had fun practicing different phrases together. I sincerely hope your Mt. Fuji area tour will remain a warm and unforgettable memory for your family. Tak and Yuko
