Thanks Ko!

Took this trip with Ko as our guide. He was very efficient, friendly, and answered all questions. I would be aware of two things though: the weather (which can hide Mt Fuji as it did today) , and booking this on the weekend (very long waits for the cable car). Otherwise, Ko is highly recommended, he made me feel very taken care of as a solo traveler!

Mt Fuji tour with Jack

Wonderful tour. Jack was a great guide. Went to the Mt Fuji, took the boat ride, ate delicious lunch and got to shop. Took bus to location and bullet train back. I recommend the bus because seats are very confortable!

Mount Fuji Tour Without a Mount Fuji Stop

Really bad planning and adjusting the itinerary, I demand a partial refund. We only got to one place (geopark) and the rest of the itinerary was cancelled due to traffic. I understand the traffic can be unpredictable but the itinerary should’ve been adjusted differently. What kind of Mount Fuji tour skips the stops involving Mount Fuji?

Worst tour in 50 years of world wide travel!

Don’t go in summer. MT Fuji never visible. They don’t tell you until you get on the bus. Don’t go on weekends or holidays. They tell you traffic is bad and don’t take you to fifth station. Again, they don’t tell you until you are on the bus. If you take the bullet train, you do not return to meeting point. You end up at Tokyo Station and have to get back to meeting point at your own expense. Your lunch requires purchasing anything to drink. We were rushed at every stop even considering they eliminated 25 % of the tour and 1 1/2 hours. Horrible.

Disappointing change of itinerary

Going to the Mount Fuji 5th Station was the main reason we booked this trip, so we were incredibly disappointed when the guide announced on the bus that it was canceled due to traffic. The company should anticipate weekend and holiday traffic and adjust departure times accordingly, rather than changing plans without consulting the group.Due to the gridlock, we spent 2.5 hours driving to a replacement museum. The bus had no restroom and failed to stop at any rest areas—even though we passed two on the road—under the excuse of saving time. This was incredibly stressful as we had three children in our group. On the positive side, the food was good, Hakone was nice, and our guide did their best to be helpful. However, the boat trip felt unnecessary in the rain, and the red gates we wanted to see were far too distant. Overall, it was a very overwhelming day. Because the main highlight of the tour was canceled without prior notice, I hope the company will issue a partial refund.

A whole lot of money for a whole lot of nothing

Terrible trip!!! Rushed throughout the whole day and never made it to Mt fuji. I was told there was to much traffic, so we missed the stop. Instead we were talked to a Mt.fuiji center. It was so dull . The guide was very nice and helpful but did not make up for how terrible the trip was. Every stop was so rushed. The restaurant had a store and you could not even enjoy that with put people trying to sell you stuff. PUSHY!!! Save your money don't use this tour!

Our tour guide, Rachel/Wanting FENG is so friendly and knowledgeable about the places we went. The price of the tour is worth it. The places we we went were all amazing and the food was great and delicious. I want to go again. Luz and Alex

Mont Fuji and hakone

This is a very good tour. Wanting (Rachel) provided lots of information on Japanese culture and sayings in addition to lots of information on the places and sights we were going to see. The tour is well organized, and her English is excellent. I would highly recommend her and this tour to visit Mount Fuji.
