Mount Agung Sunrise Trekking Private Tours

Here's what makes my guide Gede great: 〇 Radio contact is essential. We were in constant contact with someone and we were in safety compliance. But in the morning, radio contact was decreasing. I think this represents that safety compliance has been achieved. 〇 The food was delicious. The banana fritters and cup noodles that Gede made for me were amazing. It was a moment of healing while climbing. 〇 Intimidate and repel other animals by imitating the sound of monkeys I think there are many different animals on Mount Agung, but Gede acted to keep them off the trail by mimicking the sound of monkeys. There were also squealing impersonations on the radio, and measures were taken against other parties. 〇Yes man He always said yes yes yes yes while climbing. I think this will inspire us to climb. The radio also said such things, and I think other parties were inspired to climb. 〇 Check the video for climbing information Gede was constantly checking videos throughout the climb. This is my guess, but I think you are checking the climbing information. There's nothing but hats off for this great working attitude. 〇 Exquisite break timing and information exchange We weren't too tired, but Gede took a break every 20 minutes when Guide was around. This is presumed to be the exchange of climbing information. We were so enthusiastic about the exchange of information that the sun rose when we arrived at the summit, but I respect his willingness to gather information. 〇 Spartan education for guests At the beginning of the climb, the pace was moderately fast and Spartan education was imposed on the climbers. Are you okay all the time? That was why Sparta was being polished. 〇 Enliven the venue with farts He would sometimes fart to add to the whole party atmosphere. That brought the atmosphere to its peak. 〇Experienced track record as a Mt. Agung guide every day Gede is an experienced guide to Mount Agung every day. How many climbers are talking to each other? Gede, our climbing guide, answered in a timely manner that he was breaking in and climbing every day. I pay tribute to the excellence of his guide. I was moved to tears by the politeness of the different direction from the Japanese guides. It was also great in terms of cross-cultural exchange. Thank you, Gede.

We booked the trek just a few hours before its start, so we appreciate quick communication and great service on such a short notice. The trek was not an easy one, but our guide Rudi made sure we enjoyed it to the fullest. He made us coffee by the fire before the last part of the trek, so instead of freezing on the top and waiting for the sunrise for too long, we could enjoy a bit of warmth. Rudi and the driver Made took a great care of us and we had a lovely time. I would go again, the views are simply spectacular and it is not as crowded as other volcanoes.

We had a great experience hiking Mount Agung. Our driver Putu and our guide Ketut took very good care of us before, during and after the hike. Though it was very foggy and windy, we didn’t feel unsafe as Ketut was very cautious and repeatedly checked in to see if we were comfortable. It was also interesting to see the offerings and prayers that our guide made at each stop, and to learn about the religious aspect of the volcano. Though the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the sunrise at the top, we had a very rewarding hike!:)

Great trip up Mt. Agung! Appreciate that Mt. Batur Sunrise Trekking was able to put my trek together on very short notice. I only booked about 6hrs prior to pickup. They communicated via WhatsApp and were able to confirm details, which was great with the short turnaround time. The provided guide was nonsense, and hiked quickly…which I really appreciated. He was attuned to my hiking speed and mindful to not get us on the exposed top too early. Do note; there are separate trips for the peak vs crater viewpoint.

I made a mistake about the tour date but thanks to their earlier reminder and flexible response, I could enjoy the tour at the right date. Drivers, hiking guide, tour itself were great! Thank you so very much!

Was an absolutely awesome experience, making it to the summit of Agung makes the hike up well worth it and would highly recommend it!! Mount Batur sunrise trekking is who we went with and besides a minor communication breakdown on the dates we were very happy with them. The drive was early/on time and was happy to talk with us or let us sleep. The guide was a very positive person and even set up a little camp fire for us just before the final 30 mins of the walk. We went up with minimal training but are also fairly fit 20 year olds, if older or not in the best shape I would highly recommend training before the hike.

An amazing hike with an amazing driver and guide! Definitely worth all the pain to get to the summit of Mt Agung.
