- Departure from Dubrovnik is around 6:30 AM and pickups will take place between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM. You will receive the exact location of your nearest bus stop and your personal pickup time one day before your travel date

Great day trip from Dubrovnik. Communication from the team and pick-up instructions was excellent. Our guide, Valentina, was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Mostar has a beautiful old town, with an impressive bridge, the local tour guide in taught us a lot about the area's history. The waterfalls were a much welcomed break on a very hot day. Make sure to take cash with you for the entry to the waterfall and spending in Mostar, cards are not widely accepted Would definitely book with this agency again
Wonderful day trip to Mostar and Kravica Waterfalls! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and everything was well organized from start to finish. A special thank you to our tour guide, Valentina, for sharing so much interesting history and local knowledge, and to our driver for getting us safely and comfortably to each destination. Both were friendly, professional, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

Great day trip! Our tour guide Valentina was awesome, very friendly and funny. Border waits were longer than expected but they can't do anything about that. Mostar was very pretty but also very warm and humid. Kravice was enjoyable and a great opportunity to swim and cool down, but the steps down & up were tough in the heat. Only downside is that the bus air conditioning wasn't great, could have done with cooler air. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5⭐
Valentina the tour guide was amazing. Next time I will book kravica waterfall only, because most of the time was wasted in Mostar unnecessarily.
I highly recommend everyone books this trip if you’re staying in Dubrovnik! Firstly I cannot get over the price, but the whole process was so smooth. Valentina was an amazing tour guide, creating a WhatsApp group for everyone just before the trip to share location and bus details for easy pickup. Border control was nice and smooth too both in and out. It was an amazing experience. Mostar is a beautiful city, however I do wish there was slightly less time in Mostar to have more time at the waterfalls because it is BEAUTIFUL! What a trip! Thank you Valentina for being a great host and guide.
Valentina (guide) and Zoran (driver) took the utmost care of this large group (49 pax) which is not an easy task. Especially as English is not everyone's first language. I was particularly impressed with Valentina. Only 20 days in the job and at a young 21 years old, her confidence shone through. Visiting Mostar and learning it's history was well worth the long coach ride. Remember to take EUR cash as cards are not widely accepted in Bosnia.
Booked a Mostar and Kravica waterfall experience trip via Viator. It did not disappoint. Emma our tour guide was a lovely bubbly person who was amazing. Our tour guide round Mostar was so knowledgeable and characteristic . Due to intense heat I took unwell and they couldn’t do enough for me. luckily another person on the trip was a nurse so I was well looked after. Recovered enough to complete the day with everyone but I can’t thank Emma enough for her care and support. This is the 2nd time we have booked trips through Viator. The process is so streamlined and easy. No fuss. No stress Thank you again Emma. You were a gem
This is a very long day travelling in what we considered to be a very uncomfortable coach. Too little leg room and no air flow vents above the seats for the seats we were sat in. Our start time changed the day before our tour from a confirmed 6.30 to 6.05, it would have been good to know the change a few days in advance! We were the second coach at the border, this meant we were 30 minutes in the coach, waiting for the passengers of the first coach ahead of us to be processed, then c30 mins for our coach load going through border control. By the time we went across there were 5 more coaches waiting, this means it can take hours! So round of applause for getting us to be second in line and first on the return journey. Mostar was interesting, the local guide Sarah did very well taking our large group round. We had a very nice vegetarian lunch at the Food House. Kravice Falls was a lovely spot. Would I recommend, sorry no! If I want to travel that amount of time and distance at least give us a coach that is worthy of travelling in.
Absolutely amazing day and this is all down to our tour guide Ema. Right from the start when Ema greeted us on arrival, she was always smiling and happy and very helpful. Ema helped us with anything during the day and was exceptional with her knowledge of the trip. Ema has been the best tour guide we’ve ever had on a trip and we would like to say a massive thank you for being so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Also thank you to our driver for keeping us safe during the tour 😊
