Sergey made the day at Monserrat very special. He was informative, professional, considerate and flexible. We did the morning tour which was very nice because it wasn’t crowded and also comfortable as far as temperature. Sergey is also an excellent driver and shows a great deal of respect for his clients. We highly recommend this tour and company.

Sergio was an awesome guide he was fun to talk with and seems to really know his stuff. There was a small amount of miscommunication on both parties but all in all we all had a great time. We got some great views for pictures, we got to taste cheese, he made sure that we all had a great time and that we were okay with the hike.

It was an amazing experience from the booking through the tour! They were very responsive to the questions we asked in advance. They offered hotel pick up and drop off at a very reasonable fee. Sergey is an amazing tour guide, and an incredible person beyond this tour. It was great to get to know him better. Montserrat is a beautiful place! They recommended the pick up in advance and their knowledgeable recommendation on a morning tour allowed for a wonderful tour prior to all the tour buses dropping off the hoards of people that were coming in as we were leaving. Sergey provided great information on the tour at a very relaxed pace so that we could get the most out of it. I definitely recommend this to anyone considering a private tour. They also have a few other tours that we learned about so we arranged an evening tour with him the same day. He took us to Sitges and this was a great evening tour!!

Sergei picked us up at our hotel. We drove to Monserrat. The tour was amazing! Wear a hat and sunscreen. Take walking sticks. Take a camera /cell phone. We took photos and wandered the grounds. Made for an amazing tour. Sergei was amazing. Lots of knowledge about the monastery and history. He took pictures of our group for great memories. We highly recommend this tour!!!
Booked the service and requested hotel pickup. She was quick to respond to confirm the hotel pickup with a very reasonable fee. She explained what to expect in the tour, who are guide would be and recommend a morning tour. We then confirmed the pickup time. Sergey arrived just as planned. The car was nice and clean and his driving was smooth and comfortable. The timing of his arrival was crucial to the entire tour because it was not crowded at all which allowed for an amazing experience. He shared history and details about Montserrat, the basilica, all the statues and everything we experienced. He had an easy going, slow paced communication style so we didn’t feel hurried at all. His English was also very good! About the time the tour was ending, we noticed the crowds of people coming in from the tour buses. So because they recommend an 8am pick up, allowed us to get through with so few people. This was the amazing part. We couldn’t believe the bus loads of people pouring in as we were heading out. Any later than how he planned the tour would have been a totally different experience with the crowds. Sergey definitely knows how to lead a private tour and sets it up for success. My husband and I had an amazing private tour at Montserrat and is very grateful to have met Sergey.
