Carlos and Roger were amazing tour guys. It was a well worth while tour and we learned a lot of history for Montserrat and Girona
The tour itself was really good. Both the tour guides , Vosco and Martina, were really knowledgeable about the areas. They kept the tour alive and fun. They were approachable and very helpful. We were the only one (me and husband) in the bus who was going to Montserrat and Girona, the two really helped us navigated how to get to the high-speed train terminal in Girona to go back to Barcelona.
We booked this trip since we were on a 3 day trip to Barcelona and it seemed like a perfect short day trip for 1 day. And we were right. The trip shows you stunning views of Catalunya and gets you back in the city by evening so you can wind down for the evening.. The trip was nicely organized. Both Carlos and Gomez very different in styles were great guides throughout our trip. Loved Gomez's sense of humor in Montserrat's high mountains. Loved Carlos's storytelling in the medieval town of Girona. The trip was fairly priced since it included tickets to some famous places and the train journey back to Barcelona.
Roger was a brilliant guide – knowledgeable, friendly, patient and with a great sense of humour. A fantastic way to visit two beautiful places in Catalonia, close to Barcelona, in a single day. There was plenty of time to explore Montserrat and more than enough time afterwards to have lunch and discover Girona. A highly recommended tour.
It was very organized and informative. The guides were very knowledgeable and offered a lot of recommendations on places to visit or restaurants to eat at.
