We were very disappointed in this company as our tour guide never showed up. We got no indication through email as to what happened. We waited for an hour in the place that was described on our booking. No one showed up so we left there was no follow up from the company no apology no indication that the tour had been canceled or otherwise.Very disappointing. We used a travel site to book this and another tour while in Europe. The other tour was perfect.
We did not have a tour as our tour guide never showed up at the place that we were told to meet them. We waited a full hour.
Well I think people should know that for this in For this specific tour it happened 24 hours ago and I have yet to have been contacted by anyone from the tour group in which we were never picked up! Do not book this tour but definitely go to Montmartre on your own it’s beautiful! Extremely unreliable your guide! Oh and still waiting go on the Viator app to get a response.
Guide never showed. Waited 20 minutes past departure time. Called Tripadvisor. They tried to reach the tour guide and could not. Will be asking for a refund.
We never found the guide. We were there at 2 pm we had the location and the map provided. Several police were nearby and we showed them the information and they told us we were in the correct place for the tour. We never saw the purple sign. We request our payment back in the amount of 57.94 returned to us. Thank you
We were there 30 minutes early at the designated meeting point. We waited 45 minutes in the heat. The guide did not show up for this tour. No call and no contact. Don’t know what happened. Extremely disappointed. Need a refund.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes because you will be walking alot. Also, bring a water bottle. The guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out so many things that I would have missed just walking the path alone. Our group was small so the guide could just talk to us and cater the excursion to those of us on the tour. Best of all there was not a need for the listening devices!!!
Denise was an outstanding tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Montmartre and Paris, with a deep understanding of the artists, writers, and other influential figures who shaped the neighborhood’s unique character over the decades. She was also very accommodating, checking in with the group throughout the tour and making sure everyone felt included. Her stories were authentic and engaging, and she answered all of our questions thoughtfully. We learned so much and had a wonderful time strolling the streets of Montmartre. We highly recommend this tour with Denise.
Great overview of Montmartre on streets you probably wouldn't discover on your own and great walk avoiding those big stairs
Tiour guide was a no-show. I've been looking forward to this trip for months and waited around but no one ever arrived
