When I arrived and scanned the tickets sent to me by Viatar, they were not valid. I was able to purchase tickets directly @ ticketing counter but have been unable to get response from Viatar. I feel this is a scam, buyer beware!

Unfortunately, based on the information available, we were not notified of any issue with the ticket before alternative tickets were purchased directly at the venue. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter difficulties at the entrance, especially when you had planned your visit in advance. However, admission procedures and ticket validation are ultimately managed by the attraction itself, and occasional issues may require verification with the venue staff. Excellent but be aware, this takes you to the montjuic castle and not over the water. Was well worth the visit and views were amazing
Booking a time slot was a waste of time. No real direction or help for best way to travel to the cable car. Fantastic view of the city but disappointed with overall experience

Definitely a rip off - just buy the tickets directly. Buying them here resulted in a 2x mark up. I do not recommend buying through this channel.

Loved the ride , best view of town and the ocean
Fantastic views! Easy access and smooth ticketing. We went earlier in the day during the middle of the week and it was not crowded like much of the gothic quarter. A beautiful respite from all the bustle!
I almost skipped the Montjuic Cable Car, and I’m so glad I didn’t. The ride up to Montjuic feels calm and almost surreal as you float over the greenery. Perfect for photos and even better for just soaking in the scenery. A relaxing and memorable experience.
I never made it to the correct address, as it was wrong on the viator site. I contacted the company and wanted a refund . The address in the viator site is another cable car company . We decided to buy tickets on that cable car company because we had already spent money on an uber . I noticed that viator changed the address, because I sent a screen shot of the wrong address to the company through WhatsApp. This is the only way the company sends info . I was very disappointed because I had read many reviews about this same problem and thought that it had been fixed .. I was back in Barcelona 3 days later and asked if I could use my tickets then and never heard back from the company .. I want a refund for 2 tickets .

It was half the price to pay at the site feeling ripped off by Viator. The view was very good and we enjoyed going inside

My SO took a 20 minute round-trip gondola ride for €30 was not worth it. It was advertised a as a one hour tour.If we’ve gone to the beginning of the gondola, we could’ve bought the ticket for much less. The local tour Operator never showed up and only told us the address of the beginning of the gondola via WhatsApp. We are also given two different points to pick up the gondola. One was by the tour operator the other was from Viator. It took us some time to get that sorted out.
