Alando who was our guide was amazing, very friendly and showed us so much ,he was very knowledgeable, took us to the famous beef pattie location and the jerk chicken pit.
Dwayne did an amazing job making sure my experience was both fun and safe. I learned a lot about the country and truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion to groups and solo travelers.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with recent booking i made through your website for my first trip to Jamaica. Unfortunately, i did not receive the service i paid for. The provider change the pick up time and location. I was subsequently told to walk to as if it was in walking distance. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction and feel the situation is not professional. Given these circumstance, i would like a full refund. @VIATOR OR SIMMS FUN TOURS JA
As previously discussed, our team was in direct contact with you on the day of your booking and provided clear instructions for pickup, which was directly across from your resort. While we were on the phone assisting you, our driver was already in position and waiting. During that time, communication was interrupted, and despite multiple calls and messages from our team, we did not receive further response from you. Unfortunately, after the scheduled service time had passed, we were unable to proceed with the booking. We understand your frustration regarding the change in pick-up time and location. While adjustments can sometimes occur due to operational or logistical reasons, clear communication and guest convenience should always remain our priority. Being asked to walk when it was not reasonable is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Please note that bookings made through Viator are subject to their policies and coordination; however, we take full responsibility for ensuring our guests are properly accommodated and informed. We later received your request for a refund several days after the missed service. As per our company policies, refunds cannot be issued in situations where service could not be completed due to loss of communication or guest unavailability at the agreed pickup time. While we regret that your experience did not go as planned, we must operate within our policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.

We were pleased with our driver, Dwayne Reddy. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions we had about the area. When we were ready to go back he brought us back to a safe place and returned when we realized our ID fell out of our pocket. That was above and below what we were expecting. Thank you!!!

Mr. Kingsley was a driver and tour guide and he was a good and safe driver . He showed us many different areas of Montego Bay . It’s a very educational tour . We also stopped in a nice place for lunch and last stop wa shopping for souvenirs of local products . It was a fun day .
