Our driver, Jilani, we wonderful. He was extremely professional, provided us with superb customer service, and has a great personality and sense of humor. Jilani met us on time and ensured our arrival and entry into Mount St. Michael was smooth. We spent 4 hours there and were able to have a relaxing, enjoyable lunch. It was enjoyable but not as expected. The walk is very difficult and waiting for the shuttle was not expected. For the cost and booking a private tour I would expect not having to stand in line with everyone else since they are just paying regular entry. The cost was extremely expensive for what was received in service.
