The cruise was very enjoyable with a lot of different activities. Our waiter Milo was very helpful and accommodating.
Just a great experience overall and really enjoyed the boat/activities: Special shout out to our server Jimmy who was amazing and really was top notch with our large party. I asked Jimmy last minute to help us get an anniversary celebration set up for my in laws 54th last minute and he and the team pulled out every stop to make it special. Really made their night and their cruise. Highly recommend
With regards the Halong Bay experience - there are a hell of a lot of boats out there running a huge tourism venture, but if travelling through Vietnam I would not skip it. The landscape is beautiful and we recommend the two night stay over the one night as you will miss a lot and not get enough time to relax. Our experience with Mon Cheri (boat #1) was very good. They run a well organised and safe operation with attentive staff, a clean vessel and plenty of activities. The day trip to Cat Ba Island which offered a cycling tour to Viet Hai village and the kayaking and swimming at a place called Three Beaches were our favourites. The major stand out was the service and the food. The food on the boat was fantastic, very tasty, well presented and lots of it. I had one of the best serves of duck ever and their iced coconut coffee was next level. The staff and service could not be faulted and our host for meal services, Harry, could not have done more and made sure we had the best time.
Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, the food, service, activities were all exceptional. Roy was a fantastic host/waiter. He was extremely caring and made sure everything was on point. As was Jasmine.
Relaxing cruise and lovely scenery on the luxurious Mon Cheri 2. Our waiter Jimmy was fantastic and was so friendly and attentive. The cabins, dining room and sky bar were outstanding. We would recommend Mon Cheri.
The views were amazing, staff were all very attentive. Hannah, Jimmy and Ann were so polite and accomodating. Kayaking and cave tour was a great addition.
The staff! Remy was our waiter. He was very nice, so present and super super. Ann - the F& B Supervisor. She was so smiling, nice and very present for our stay. The view was excellent and the food very tasteful. we had set menu for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast buffet. Impressive what they can make on a boat like this.
4 out of 5 for the whole but 5/5 for the service with Harry listening, smiling, and attentive!!! Thanks again Harry!!!
Amazing trip, Alex is the best!! Food was delicious, room was breathtaking and the boat was awesome. The rocks and water were breathtaking
This experience was amazing all around! Kayaking off of the boat and swimming was so fun and the views are hard to beat. Great facilities and great food, Alex was awesome and so kind!!
