Terrible staff, extremly rude, disrespectful and unhelpful - constantly yell at you for non existent rules or for not seeing signs that are not placed properly. Overpriced bad products that break easily. Taking a photo with an old damage car costs you 20 euros. All of the cars in the exhibitions are not even cleaned properly. The 10 minute film they let you watch looks as if it was made by an 8 year old who just discovered capcut for a history project. Ferrari is probably rolling over in his grave.
Wonderful museum. Beautiful cars. Recommend going to this museum. Loved learning about the history of Ferrari.
Was not aware of the Biggest Hits display of famous owners. I would have thought the memorial of Zenzo’s past deserved more donation and history.
The Rock & Roll Legends' cars were interesting but I expected more interactivity and explanation. The audio program was OK but not very extensive. The video about Enzo was interesting but not very well done.
Great museum of the history and designer cars. Easy to find. Well laid out. Enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.
I really enjoyed the tie to musicians and their cars. I enjoyed seeing Pavarotti’s, Cher’s, Madonna’s, Eric Claption’s and Miles Davis’ Ferraris.
A wonderful display of Ferrari's most iconic road cars with an app that relates each car to an owner in the music world. Really well done.
The museum is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful cars and engines on display. Very nice cafe is on the property. Street parking is limited so that’s a bit of a challenge
It was informative and fun to see all the cars and equipment. We took lots of pictures and had a great espresso and snack in the cafe
We booked through TripAdvisor, but because of flight disruption we arrived a day early. They wouldn't let us in, we had to pay for new tickets, even though not busy, inside is hardly a great experience, dreamed up by a marketing person who doesn't understand cars. Not many cars on show, no open doors or bonnets so u can see inside the cars. Overall disappointed.
