Castle Valley is the poster child for western landscapes, and you’ve probably already seen it somewhere in a movie, TV show, or commercial. And if somehow you have, in fact, never laid eyes on Castle Valley before, you’re not going forget it once you do! This serene section of the Colorado River moseys through a big beautiful red-rock canyon. As for the waters here along the Colorado River, it stays pretty warm from late spring to early fall. You’ll spend 2 hours on the water floating, with a few Class II rapids to cool you off along the way. Expect plenty of fascinating interpretations and fun stories from your river guide on this mild trip!

The entire staff was professional. They ensured our safety and are medically trained. Our guide Seth was the best! He gave us water guns and we were able to come out victorious on every battle with the other mild to wild rafts. I would highly recommend this tour!

We really enjoyed our half-day rafting trip in Moab. The scenery along the river was absolutely beautiful, and seeing the red rock cliffs from the water was a completely different perspective than exploring the parks by car or on foot. Our guide, Max, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everyone entertained with stories about the area while making sure we all had a great time. You could tell he enjoys what he does, and his personality really made the trip. The trip itself was more of a scenic float with a few fun rapids mixed in. Everything was well organized, and the staff made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The bus tour and endless "dad" jokes kept everyone entertained! We're glad we added this to our Moab vacation and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the incredible scenery from the river.

Mollie was absolutely delightful in the planning of our trip and giving us lots of extra tips for our itinerary in Moab. We were also very happy with Larson our guide, who is only 19 and had the maturity and knowledge of someone much older. He was very sweet, thoughtful and kind with our and seven-year-old grandchildren and showed an abundant amount of patience. We would definitely recommend this trip although a few extra rapids would have been delughtful!

What a wonderful afternoon. I hadn’t been rafting in ages and was able to book the same day. Max, our tour guide, was the perfect blend of humor, historian and conservationist. He was patient with the 4 children on the raft. He also made newcomers feel welcomed. And the views were spectacular. What a way to see nature’s splendor. We even got to see an eagle and blue heron. I will definitely be back with my whole family.

Family friendly rafting adventure was perfect for our kids (9&11) first time. They are ready to try something more aggressive next time! The guides kept it fun and were full of knowledge about the surrounding area. All around excellent time!

Cory was a wonderful guide on our raft trip on the Colorado. She was skilled, knowledgeable, and ensured that everyone—from young to old—had a great time.
