Amazing trip with amazing driver (Teyhajj) and guide (Moosa). They arrived at our hotel on time and had water and WiFi ready as promised. They were flexible and patient, we first snorkelling in the beautiful Mnemba waters, the captain gave us fruits and sang a Swahili song. Then we saw the dolphins and fruit was prepared for us. We went to all places as stated with the views at Paje beach and The rock island being best. Amazing
We never even got to the island pongwe or Paje Beach. The guide talked all day with the driver with no information on anything to us. The Rock Restaurant had no booking but we walked in and got a table. No bottles of wine included as per itinerary. Toilet stop at dirty garage after multiple requests to visit bathroom. We were returned to hotel at 4.30pm instead of 7pm as per itinerary. Very disappointing. We did not get what we paid for.
What an amazing day exploring zanzibar. Everything was perfect. Seeing the dolphins, finding Nemo, eating lunch at the rock, swimming in a cave and relaxing at the beach before our drive home...what a day!!!
Mnemba and Paje was worth the trip. The atoll was beautiful. Our guide was ok, helpful and accommodating. Time management was a bit off since they were late picking us up; then we waited sometime before we got into the boat; and we waited again for the vehicle after the boat trip. Also on the matter of personal hygiene as one of the staff was smelly and the tour operator must be accountable on this.

Starting with the trip planning and Hotel booking (your recomendation of Marijani Hotel was superb), the transfer care and support everything was amazing. The tours in company of Freddy and Charles were a joy and funny experience. I recommend with no dobts your services for everyone who want to relax in Zanzibar. Asante sana rafiki yangu
