I enjoyed the experience here. The service is the best. Staffs are attentive, polite and smiley. Food selections are by far the best. Especially if you love Thai food and snacks. This is going to be my go to lounge when I fly to Bangkok next.

A relatively small lounge located on the 2nd floor. Priority app has detailed and accurate location and direction. Since its inside the newly extended airport building so not very busy at the time of our visit. Clean, quiet, offers a decent amount of food, fruits and drinks including alcohol. Nice airport view when look over the open area . Not much of services. Mainly help yourself on all things. Onsite Restrooms, spacious, clean with large dressing mirrors. Do recommend!

Do you think you can escape the crowds at the airport for a while but also here running, screaming small children can just go at night. Tasty but mediocre range of food.

I’ve never been in such a bad lounge. Literally save your money and buy a sandwich from subway. I didn’t know that Thailand could make such bad food either. Unreal They are limit fraudulent even charging money for this.

Raising issues on the spot allows staff the opportunity to resolve them, whether that’s suggesting another lounge, addressing food concerns, or improving comfort during your visit. Unfortunately, without any feedback given at the time, there was no opportunity to assist you. Not often you come into such an incredibly bad lounge. It's really shit. Atmosphereless. Food is very mediocre. No electricity for your appliances. Staff can't afford a laugh. Really stay away from here

I paid serious money to enjoy a first class lounge experience but this wasn’t it. After showing my printed voucher via Traveloja at the front desk and getting quizzical looks, I was finally ushered through. This being 7:15pm, I was expecting a buffet of enticing dinner food, and all I saw was a stand of cakes, processed breakfast cereals and tired looking sandwiches. The lounge chairs are a bit dirty and need reupholstering. Staff need a bit more training in customer service - it was only after I asked if this was the complete offerings, was I pointed in the direction down a corridor to where the hot food was. Okay offerings but wish that this had been pointed out at reception because it was not apparent and is already downed a couple of sugary cakes before learning that more was on offer. Hint to staff: Explain what’s on offer at check in and where to find it. Tired travellers don’t have the energy to go looking.

I understand why this lounge is more like a canteen than a lounge. Little choice and poor quality. Since access is for sale or even free by some credit cards. In the end not at the level for bussine passengers and expensive for economy passengers.

This is easily one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited. Spacious, quiet, and never overcrowded, it offers a truly relaxing atmosphere before a flight. The food and drinks are delicious with plenty of variety, and the hot shower facilities are a big plus. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, the lounge provides ample space to rest and recharge — the perfect spot to unwind while traveling.

It was a bit of wait to get in even though there was only ONE person at the counter when I arrived. Once inside, I realized there were several small children running around the small area so if you wanted peace and quiet, this wasn't the place. Also, if you are either vegan or vegetarian your food choices will be incredibly limited. Many of the outlets for phone charging were already in use so I had to maneuver around and finally found one near one of the more uncomfortable chairs that no one wanted. I would not pay to utilize this service again.

The Miracle Lounge at Bangkok Airport exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect place to unwind before my flight. The seating was comfortable, the ambiance was quiet and relaxing, and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a great selection of food and drinks available — both Thai and international options — and the staff kept everything well stocked. They even have a cooking station for Pad Thai. The service was polite and efficient, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
