This was an amazing experience. our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the museum and Michelangelo‘s David. Once our tour was over we told her we had tickets to see the Duomo. She went above and beyond by walking us over there and helped us get settled before she left us. I would highly recommend this tour!

Getting tickets picked up and finding guide to start difficult . Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful
Fantastic tour operator. Most informative, very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and where worried we had missed it. But the lady went to enormous effort to get us into the group. This service is common with Viator. Victoria are fabulously helpful and understand any medical conditions.
Rosa was a great guide. She was able to get us to great viewing areas in the crowded museum. She had great knowledge and insights of the museum content.

What an amazing experience. Mostly to the knowledge, attention and friendly personality of our tour guide Raffaello. He was an art history professor and I couldn’t imagine a more well suited person to lead our tour of the Statue of David, plus the outdoor walking tour of the surrounding architecture and rich history that is Florence. We spent 3 hrs with him and there wasn’t a dull moment. Honestly I’m not sure if we would’ve had the same experience with another guide. It’s a must see if you’re in Florence.
Wonderful guide; obviously an art lover who wished to share her love with her audience. She deserves alot of credit in making her subject understood by her audience.
