I would recommend this experience but not with them. The boat ride was amazing but their communication was sooooo poor. They don't respond to messages on the app. I had asked about the time slot, how many riders per jet ski, how long we would have the jet ski for and none of that was attended to on the app. Then 3 days before the reservation, I start getting texts asking for payment and short answers to whatever my questions were. The night before my reservation (10pm) I get a list of captain and crew I am meant to reach out to and confirm that I want them - not sure why this wasn't sent to me prior. There was no mention that the jet skis would be an hour and a half away so we would only have 2 hours with them for our 4 hour reservation. It was mentioned that water would be included and the captain and crew did not check to see if water was on board prior to leaving the dock!! This is mentioned in the reservation, AND THERE WAS NO WATER FOR 9 PEOPLE FOR A 4 HOUR RESERVATION IN THE END OF JUNE! There was no apologies made, no compensation - the crew, the agent and the boat owner just kept trying to blame one another. Then everyone became unresponsive over text and calls!! Absolutely unprofessional!

We are very sorry to hear that you felt this way, but after reviewing the communication between you and our team, we can confirm that your questions were answered through our text messaging system, and we do have records of the conversations. We also provide a detailed explanation of the payment breakdown, jet ski information, and charter policies in the listing description. In addition, we send a message through Viator to all customers before the charter explaining the fees, jet ski details, and important policies again so everything is clear before the trip. Regarding the captain and crew selection, this is a bareboat charter, which means guests are required to independently select their captain and crew. For this reason, the captain/crew confirmation must be handled separately and directly by the guest. Regarding the jet skis, they are coordinated in a designated water area because jet skis cannot legally be operated everywhere along the route. We do sincerely apologize that water was not onboard as expected. That should have been checked before departure, and we take responsibility for that part of your experience. We are glad to hear that the boat ride itself was amazing, but we are sorry that the communication and preparation did not meet your expectations. We will continue improving our process to provide a better experience for future guests.
The boat was amazing, we had A LOT of fun! Everything was clean and very nice just like the pictures. The captain and crew were very nice and attentive. I will definitely be booking again when I come visit Miami.

We rented a yacht to celebrate my birthday with my family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The yacht was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The crew was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had a great time. We enjoyed beautiful views, relaxed, and created wonderful memories together. Everything was well organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special and memorable day on the water.The crowd size was perfect, not too crowded and very comfortable for our family to relax and enjoy the experience.The admission fee was reasonable for the quality of the experience, and we spent several hours on the yacht enjoying the beautiful scenery.
