ABSOLUTE SCAM! I came all the way from California and paid $429 and they told me rest $400 later and I showed up. No captain and no boat. Company said VIATOR is a scam. Do not book. Captain stopped replying as well.
We had an amazing experience on this yacht ride in Miami! It was the perfect outing for our family—beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and very family friendly. The crew was kind, attentive, and made sure everyone felt comfortable, including the kids. The yacht was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy the water, take photos, and create great memories together. If you’re looking for a fun and/or relaxing activity in Miami that works well with all group ages, I highly recommend this experience. We would definitely book again!

Everything about this yacht rental felt simple and easy from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, and communication before the trip was clear. We booked this yacht for a weekend trip with friends, and honestly it turned out better than expected. The boat was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. Cruising around Miami while enjoying music and the skyline views felt amazing. The jet ski rides were definitely the highlight of the experience and added a lot of excitement to the trip. The captain was professional and made everyone feel safe and relaxed throughout the ride. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience that I would definitely do again.
