Terrible instructions by email and in app. Had to get a printed ticket with the voucher but there is nothing at the address indicated. Ran back to line up and out of desperation, asked a man at the table in front of the line if he knew where I get the ticket and he was the one to issue it. Too many people let on the board, no more place to sit

Bayside Marketplace is a very busy area with many businesses and vendors, which can sometimes make navigation more challenging. We would also like to clarify that our boats are never oversold. Each vessel operates under a strict U.S. Coast Guard passenger capacity, and we never exceed that limit. Every guest is accommodated within the vessel’s approved seating capacity. How this tour has 5 stars from over 1400 people is impossible. Tripadvisor must have removed the bad reviews somehow. 1) Boat was way overbooked 2) If you dont get there early, you will sit on the bottom half of the boat and not be able to see much 3) Tour was 10% skyline and 90% homes of stars in Miami -- which really didnt reflect the title of the booking 4) The tour guide that was talking could not be understood. The sound system caused his voice to be mumbled and was generally unintelligible 5) When we arrived, there were 3 other cruise companies in the same space and the signage did not match the tripadisor booking receipt so had to walk to each booth to see which boat was ours

Seating is available throughout the vessel, although guests who arrive earlier naturally have a wider selection of seats. The tour is designed as a Biscayne Bay sightseeing experience and includes both Miami skyline views and the famous waterfront mansions around Star Island and the surrounding islands, as described in the itinerary. We appreciate your comments regarding the sound system and will continue working to improve the clarity of the narration onboard. Bayside Marketplace is also a very busy departure area with several tour operators, and we are continually improving our signage and pre arrival instructions to make check in easier for our guests. This is my best experience in Miami. Everything is perfect and enjoyable. A must do adventure. Highly recommended.

Being from Wisconsin we had never been to this area. We were directed to the wrong area from a booth right as you enter the Market place. We went back and the guy was very rude when showing him the email instructions. Once we arrived near the Hard Rock area there had been two lines formed which created yelling and fighting as the guide person told people to move to the back of the line. Which instead many of them continued to fight and just went in front of all of us that were there 15 min before them. It was not a pleasant beginning to the tour. Once seated you could not see well as the top of boat canopy blocked across the way and you were told not to stand but most do as they too can't see so it was a double negative! The person speaking was the only positive on the tour! Would recommend a smaller boat tour if you want a more personal experience.

They put us on the wrong tour by accident and we were packed in like sardines. Some people were stuck inside because there were no more seats on the top deck
