We did the Rich and Famous cruise today at 11.30 on 3 August. I would advise anyone reading this not to book this trip. We were given only small bits of information on the way around so I started googling what we were being shown to find out a few more details myself. So much of what we were being told was incorrect. The cruise liner we were told is the worlds largest is not the largest, Puff Daddy no longer owns the home we were told was his, David Beckham and Will Smith don’t own the properties pointed out as theirs, and Tom Cruise doesn’t own an apartment on Fisher Island. I think the guide needs to check his facts as it’s not a credible tour when you are giving out old or incorrect information. Very disappointing. We also left late with no explanation, the upper deck was out of bounds so we didn’t have a view from the front of the boat. Our kids were bored. Find another tour!
It would have been better in the day. I went at night and most houses you could barely see. The houses did not have any lights on. I don’t recommend night cruises for sightseeing.
best way to get a migraine!! announcer yells both in english and spanish. then when she is silent the music ( pop to rap) is louder then she was. as for the view- the periphery of the ship is lined with people standing blocking view. BTW if you buy on groupon you wll pay a $9.88 surcharge and parking at the bayside market place is upwards of $30. my advice stay home.
It was horrible. Is not a boat is a taxi boast where they try to fit as many ppl as possible. I was all squeezed in the raw with no room to move. It took us forever to find the place to board.
The experience didnt happen because they left us on the dock! We checked in gad no instructions from there. Watched 2 women who clearly had a problem get walked over to a boat and leave. Without saying a single word to us. And will not refund my money!!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. The time scheduled and purchased was incorrect from viator and the boat line never got back to me.. I am going to file to the BBB because it's ridiculous a ticket was paid for and never completed.
I booked an 8:30 cruise a month ago, to go last night, but yesterday received a call that it wasn’t an option at all and they wanted to talk only through WhatsApp. They did not return calls and the number was based on NY. They would not refund my cruise. Come to find out after reading reviews from July seems they are a scam and false advertise. It’s a shame because 2 years ago I went on this same cruise and it was amazing. I am assuming they sold it to some scammers. Now I can’t get a refund.
Not as aspected. The pictures and details made it seem like it was a big boat but it was a water taxi.
We entered the viator website and purchased a boat ride with a start time at 8:30pm. On the instructions, it said that we had to be at the pick-up place 20 minutes prior to the start time and so we did; when we arrived, the person in charge was on her phone and wearing headphones all the time, she was super rude and only told us that there was no boat ride for that time at that location, we offered to provide the reservation number but she ignored us and the answer she gave us was that she did not know why the page said that the start time was At 8:30 if there was nothing at that location until 9:30, and that we would have to deal with the company we made the reservation with. We called the number on the pdf of the reservation but the number did not even ring and therefore, we had no answer. We decided to call our bank to report the transaction as fraudulent since they offered a service that did not exist at all, and we never got a response from the agency, in addition to the cost of the service advertised, we incurred in transportation and parking charges to get to that place. Additionally, we felt that they play with the client's time and provide a terrible customer service. We felt that we were scammed since we paid for a service with stipulated terms and conditions that were not fulfilled by the agency. We were definitely sold a service that does not exists as advertised.
Irresponsible they won’t answer your calls or emails be aware of them. Don’t don’t don’t ride with them
