This was by far the worst experience that we could have imagined. What should have been a wonderful family experience due to them telling us the yacht we booked was available before we paid for it only changed once we got ready to dock. We spent alot of money preparing for this event by buying food, drinks, and decorations for a celebration and that all went to waste because not only were we not able to board the yacht we booked, they were also unable to accommodate us with another one. If I could have given this experience no stars I would have done that as my fiance, other family members, and myself were deeply disappointed. We traveled to Miami for this yacht experience so again the level of disappointment was unimaginable.
