The boat was over crowded, my sister's got left, and we had there tickets. It was about 20 of us and they told us that the 5 tickets were purchased together they have to stay together. So we had 5 tickets and 2 people. They had to purchase new tickets. The cabin was hot because the air conditioner was broken. No food and that was definitely on the advertisement and the drinks where 28$ before the tip. So our 2 drinks were 60$ the tickets were 18 for us they were 26 each. So in my opinion that was a wasted 112$
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. However, it appears this review was unfortunately posted on the wrong cruise company. We are Island Queen Cruises, and none of the issues you described match our operations: Our boats were not overcrowded, and we did not have any AC issues on June 1st or at any point this past week. Our drink prices are capped at $16 (even for top-shelf options like Hennessy). Two drinks would be a maximum of $32 before tip — not $60. We do not advertise food on our cruises. We only offer light snacks, which is clearly stated. There are several other cruise operators in the area, and it sounds like this experience happened with one of the other companies. We take great pride in running a high-class and professional operation, which is why we wanted to reach out right away. Could we kindly ask you to remove this review from our page and repost it on the correct cruise company’s page? This will help both us and the actual operator improve their service. We’re sorry you had such a frustrating experience, and we hope you’ll consider giving Island Queen Cruises a try next time for a much better outing. If you have any questions or need help identifying the correct company, feel free to call us at 305-379-5119.
I did the tour of the famous house with the Island Queen company was excellent I came to celebrate my birthday 🎈 the very good drinks and translation in English and Spanish. Odalys Acosta took care of me in a very professional way
¡Tu viaje con nosotros alegró nuestro día! Esperamos tenerte de nuevo a bordo para explorar más de la impresionante Millionaire’s Row de Miami.
We did this trip as part of an overall tour of Miami highlights. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The boat was clean and well maintained. The narrator was helpful. The homes and the yachts are amazing to see. Skip the raffle - it's just for generating timeshare sales.
Thank you so much for your 4-star review and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re thrilled to hear you found the tour relaxing and enjoyable, that the boat was clean, and that you loved seeing the beautiful homes and yachts. We’re also glad our narrator was helpful — thank you for that feedback! Regarding the raffle, we completely understand. It’s just a fun optional activity we offer, but we know it’s not for everyone. Thanks for the honest note. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back on board again soon for another great Miami sightseeing experience!
The Island Queen Millionaire’s Row Boat Tour is a fantastic experience and a true highlight when visiting Miami. The boat is very clean and comfortable, and the entire operation is seamlessly well organized. Our guide was highly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights throughout the journey. The route itself is awe-inspiring, passing stunning waterfront homes and beautiful scenery. The 90 minutes fly by so quickly that you hardly realize how time passes. It’s relaxing, informative, and visually spectacular all at once. A traveler’s must-do in Miami and an easy 5-star getter!
We’re thankful for guests like you! Thank you for sailing with Island Queen Cruises, let’s do it again under the Miami sun!
Wouldnt recommend even though it was very cheap (15 dollars). Fake raffle scam didn’t fool us but many are sucked into this fraud. Tour guide barely spoke English (I understood maybe 2 sentences max). Choose another company
We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This review appears to be for a different operator. Our Millionaire's Row Cruise tickets are not sold for $15, all of our tour guides speak fluent English, and while we do run a legitimate raffle on board, it is not a scam. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could redirect the review to the correct company, as this helps keep feedback accurate. Thank you for your understanding, if we can assist with anything else, please give us a call!
We had the misfortune of taking this tour. The fake raffle wasted most of the trip it’s like the old style time share fraud. I don’t rate this company at all they didn’t have the decency to respond to my email. Use one of the other tour companies.
Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry the experience wasn't what you hoped for. We did receive and respond to your email, and we're handling this matter directly with you internally. If you would be so kind, we'd love to hear back from you so we can continue looking into this and make it right.
Nothing to see. Very very slow. It takes 90 min to go like 500m!!!! You dont understand anything the way they speak. It is a scam. We went with lady Mary. It is a big NO NO!
Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about the issues you encountered. That said, after reviewing our logs, it looks like this wasn't one of our Island Queen Cruises. It seems the review may have been intended for another operator. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could move or update it to the correct business page. We're committed to providing excellent experiences and hope you'll give us a try in the future!
This company runs a very misleading operation. At Bayside, they collected everyone’s names for a raffle, saying it was for a free cruise. After gathering all the names, they announced that only two people “won” — and I was one of them. We were told the cruise was free and only asked to pay a $40 deposit and attend a 2-hour meeting. However, when we showed up on the scheduled day, the story completely changed. Suddenly, they demanded $150 per person for “port fees” PLUS another $150 per person as a deposit. None of these costs were clearly disclosed upfront. The fees kept increasing only after we arrived, which feels like a planned bait-and-switch tactic. A legitimate free cruise does not turn into hundreds of dollars in surprise charges. We refused to pay and walked away. This experience felt dishonest and manipulative from start to finish. ⚠️ Do not trust the raffle ⚠️ Do not give them money or personal information ⚠️ Absolutely do not recommend

Excellent. I did the Millionaire’s Row™ sightseeing cruise. A lovely relaxing sightseeing experience. A 90-minute boat tour with commentary in English and Spanish. You can either sit in the climate-controlled main level or on the open-air top-level. I would recommend the top-level for the best views. Super friendly staff. You can purchase snacks and drinks on onboard. I purchased a ticket from the ticket booth located in Bayside Marketplace near where the yacht departs for the 13:00 cruise. I would recommend getting there around fifteen minutes or so before departure. You can then get a good seat. The boat departed punctually and returns to the original point of departure. Price for an adult ticket (November 2025) was 35 USD. The cruise takes you around Biscayne Bay with lovely views of the Miami skyline, the Port of Miami, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and “Millionaire’s Row™” – the Homes of the Rich and Famous™.
Thank you for sailing with Island Queen Cruises! We’re thrilled to hear you had an amazing experience, our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch service and unforgettable moments on the water. Thanks for exploring the magic of Miami with us! It was a pleasure having you on board our sightseeing tour. Come back and cruise with us again soon!
