Audio described attractions at each stop, but do not drive by the attractions. Not recommended for the directionally challenged
Overall experience on the Big Bus tour was verbally good. The reason for the average score was the timings of the buses. They don’t really stick to the timings detailed on the website which makes planning with a two year old quite challenging, particularly in the oppressive heat of Miami. The app is fantastic and gives you real time info on the buses however we only realised this after we’d missed the first bus at one of the stops. We also noticed that three buses seemed to run about 10 mins apart with the fourth lagging about 40 mins apart. The actual tour and descriptions are great. Informative and delivered in an engaging way so full marks there. Definitely worth a trip if you like your bus tours.
Was Nice to hear and see places we haven't been before. We just did not have enough time to actually hop on and hop off. Our tour was running late and if we would have gotten off we would have missed our plane. The person that met us at the ship at the exit his name was Chris. He didn't awesome job. He even got on the bus and explained things to us even though I think he was a little stressed out because we were all running so late
Great way to experience downtown Miami before or after cruising. Met the bus at the port where Chris and Jose were ready and waiting for us. Great option for holding luggage while the bus takes you sight seeing where you can hop on/off at your own pace. Highly recommended. Great value for the price!

The bus ran despite a defective air conditioning system. Due to severe thunderstorms, everyone had to go inside. The windows fogged up at 35 degrees, and you could see nothing anymore. The driver even had to leave the front door open so he could see the road! An imposition, no information, no apology, nothing. In Washington, the tour did not fare glamorously either; the buses did not stop at the pickup stations!
Our tour guide Chris and bus driver Jose went above and beyond for a fantastic day trip in Miami. Highly recommend and would definitely do again!

The daytime tour was eh. The nighttime tour SO WORTH it!! The tour guide was energetic made it so much fun plus you get to see Ocean Dr with all the lights.

Horrendous experience never to be repeated! Took 2.5 hours to complete what should have been 20 minutes to the first stop. With baby in tow no ac inside and outside no cover, creating a loose loose situation in 35oC heating, tour operators informed us this was not an issue with full ac and continuous movement. To top it off a service that allegedly runs every 30 mins on return did not show up for 1.5 hours again in burning heat with no satisfactory cover
I am very sorry for the experience you and your family had. Dealing with significant delays and the intense Miami heat, especially while traveling with a baby, is a situation we never want for our guests. While our route is designed to reach all of Miami's highlights, our service can occasionally be impacted by heavy traffic or unpredictable road closures, which may disrupt our scheduled timing. We are also currently inspecting our fleet for any maintenance issues regarding our cooling systems, though the open-top nature of our double-deckers makes cooling the lower decks difficult as the air naturally escapes.
