Excited to be ushered to a table at the bow of the ship in anticipation of a wonderful sunset cruise in Thailand for the first time on November 14. And then there's the popping rain, even though it's dry season? Even though it's a unreliable Thai weather forecast? He quickly moves his seat before being confused. After that, we had a decent 2 hours of live music, enjoying the buffet and the riverside views being lit up. Fortunately, it was a bit of a rainy ride, so we moved to a covered space and watched the Icon Siam fountain show, which was also a fun experience, with strangers from foreign countries in the downpour, and people dancing and sliding in the rain.
Thank you very much for sharing your memorable experience. We’re truly honored that you chose to join a sunset cruise on your very first visit to Thailand. Although the weather was beyond our control, we’re glad that our team was able to assist you promptly with a seat change so you could continue to enjoy the evening comfortably. Thank you again for your kind and thoughtful review. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Thailand for another special experience and hopefully with a perfect sunset next time. Best Regards Oh-Hoo Team
Excellent food, good music and the waitres very kindly. It started on time. The only disadvantage was that the windows weren’t very clean so we couldn’t see well to outside.
The ticket puchase was easy from klook. We wanted to reserve a table (indoor) because we have 2 years old toddler who loves to walk around. The customer service staff at the counter told us to just inform the staff on board. When we arrived and wanted to request, the staff reluctant to listen and insist for us to go up (outdoor sitting area). When we tried to explain, they shut us up and demanded us to proceed upstair. The lady staff, i didnt see her name. You need to learn to speak politely. We didn't come for free. We paid for the service.
